One of my tires had a slow leak, so I brought it in and they fixed it, and did a great job. They showed me the nail that was in my tire. I’m happy that I bought my tires from Colonial and would do that aga they fixed it, and did a great job. They showed me the nail that was in my tire. Wow, amazing, courteous, professional and prompt. I purchased a 9 year old used car from this dealership. The sales experience was matched only by the service dept. After a week or so of driving we h I purchased a 9 year old used car from this dealership. The sales experience was matched only by the service dept. After a week or so of driving we had a number of concerns. We contacted the dealership scheduled an appointment brought the car in and they addressed and resolved every concern in 2 days. Alignment, brakes, tire balancing, throttle body, and a few others. No hassle, no nickel and dime, deductible or xxxxxxxx like that. They send videos from the service tech and manager going over everything they’re doing and have done along the way. I will drive the hour each way to give them my business again and again. More
