My Brand new 2024 RAV4 that I bought 4 months ago had its back hatch trim fall off out of nowhere and they refused to repair it under warranty stating that “ since its part of the body it is not covered”. They texted me yesterday after I left the shop to tell me that they didn't complete my service on my vehicle. I texted back to ask what happened, and as of 18 HOURS LATER, I have texted them back 4 times to that they didn't complete my service on my vehicle. After service my car key was put on table where no one was attending. I have to wait for at least 30-40 mins even after car was out after service was done.
