After the oil change, I signed my paperwork and I left. When I got home, I looked at my paperwork, and Katie stated that she explained the recall, and I declined to have it done. It also states that she explained the importance of the recall. That is also not true. I do plan to speak with the Service manager Monday morning about this.I’m almost attempted to post this so all your customers can see. This is so sad. I have purchased two cars from Cobb County Toyota since I moved to the area. And then I get this. Very very disappointed. More
