I requested the service advisor to have the technicians check one of my tires that has constantly lost air. He reportedly wrote this down in the notes section of the service ticket. I patiently waited in t check one of my tires that has constantly lost air. He reportedly wrote this down in the notes section of the service ticket. I patiently waited in the lobby for maintenance services to be completed. However, when I was called back to pick up my vehicle and asked if they checked the tire, the service advisor said that there were no notes from the technicians and it didn't appear the technicians looked at the tire. I asked if they could take a look before I left the dealership, however, he told me that it would be up to another 2 hours before it could be addressed and that I should bring my vehicle back for them to check this tire. The service advisor that I originally spoke with had left for lunch and a different service provider was behind the desk. I feel that the service advisor and technicians involved provided poor customer service. Furthermore, when I got back into my vehicle the cabin air filter was sitting on the floor of the passenger seat. I walked back into the service center and inquired about why it wasn't installed when they had the key. The service advisor told me that they could not open a locked glove compartment. No one explained that they needed the glove compartment unlocked when I arrived at the service center or that they would not install the cabin air filter if the glove compartment was locked. I will not be returning to this dealership for any maintenance services unless the customer service improves! More

I have alway taking my car into you for service. In October 2024. I got a my oil change and new headlights. Even though I’ve had the battery all those years with you making the inspection on the bat In October 2024. I got a my oil change and new headlights. Even though I’ve had the battery all those years with you making the inspection on the battery each time. Even though I had no issues with the battery you told me it needed to be replaced because it was “too small” for my car. Everything checked out including the tires that is part of inspection. December 10 I was stranded in Cartersville. After several attempts to be jumped off I had to be towed costing $230. I called several times asking to speak to Simon to ask to be compensated. He said he never got the message. I was told I needed the receipt from the towing company I produced it. That wasn’t enough I needed the invoice. I was talked to very kurt by Simon. He seemed irritated that I would have even asked to be compensated for the towing. It was all out on me to provide when it was your faulty battery that left me stranded. My husband was in the middle of a large project and had to take off from Calhoun to help me. No apology, it happens attitude. I asked Simon to check my wheel bearings. I later got a call from him saying, you are right that the wheel bearing is the first thing we check and it’s the cheaper to replace them but we checked your wheel bearings and they are fine. It’s your rear differential that has gone out. I gave the approval to have it fixed. I drove it off the lot with the exact same noise as I had when I arrived. I knew they had not checked the bearings. I didn’t have time with Christmas on my heels to bring it back in. It would have to wait until the first of the year. Shortly after, within the same week, I took my car to discount tire to have the tires rotated. It’s where I purchased them so I have them rotated there. He called me to my car and showed me what a bad condition the back tires were in. All the way across them. The tread couldn’t be measured. It look as if it was nothing more than a stamp. He said this makes no sense. Your front tires have lots of tread. You always are good about rotating them. Something is not right here. He said you really need new tires. Imagine my surprise after an oil change in October and just getting a new differential how a dealership could notice a “to small” and not tires that were needing replacing. I saw it with my own eyes how. Jan. 21 I took it back. I explained to Todd, the service manager, everything I just stated. He began to make every excuse, 1) he needed to see the tires. He had just had them on in October 30 as well as December 10 and failed to see them. 2) He said they don’t hunt and point at things just so they can repair them. Like not pointing out a batter that was suddenly to small for my car he never noticed before. 3) the rear differential made the loudest noise so replaced it first. Never mind you totally ignored my asking you to check the bearings and Simon saying nothing is wrong with them…driving out to the same noise. 4) You said our Technicians always drive the car to make sure it is fixed yet, he didn’t hear the wheel bearing that I not being a mechanic could hear. Suddenly, he heard it while riding with me. 5) The wheel bearings now need replacing. I will give you that just perhaps the rear differential needed to be replaced. I will never know 100% for sure. But what I do know is that you ignored me. Told me they didn’t need to be replaced. That is a fact. You spoke to me about it didn’t matter that my father was a mechanic and had raised me to know these things about my car. Well it does matter because he taught me not to let men pull things over on me. And while you were disrespectful tried to stamp out my voice with every lame excuse you could find. I will not be silenced by Todd. I will tell my story, not only to the owner Chuck Perrin but to everyone else I see. Raven said, I will take off $500 labor on the bearings. That’s a joke! You charged top dollar for the repair. Todd You were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. More
While very polite and communicated well, the service department did not properly diagnose the issue. Instead they “fixed” what they claimed to be causing a noise and vibration and promised the issue was department did not properly diagnose the issue.
