I bought my new Toyota at Marietta Toyota because of the high pressure sales person at Cobb County Toyota. I live in Kennesaw so I took it to Cobb County for a warranty repair. It took them 2 weeks and the high pressure sales person at Cobb County Toyota. I live in Kennesaw so I took it to Cobb County for a warranty repair. It took them 2 weeks and the 6 week old vehicle was very dirty coming back to me. they do not use seat covers so dirt and grease was on my seats, head liner, dash and steering wheel. I contacted Dennis Zullo the service manager but he refused to speak with me on the matter. my service advisor told me that seat covers were not in their budget and that had brought them the car dirty. Well I have learned my lesson and will never go back to Cobb County Toyota More
I took my brand new $35,000 dollar 4x4 Tacoma truck for its first oil change and when I picked it up, oil had been tracked into the truck. I took it back for the second oil change, to have the a/c fan moto its first oil change and when I picked it up, oil had been tracked into the truck. I took it back for the second oil change, to have the a/c fan motor replaced at 9,260 miles, and have my driver seat repaired that was wearing (area under my right leg which should not be wearing). The service manager (Dennis Zullo) said the seat "wearing" was due to someone harshly cleaning the seat. I have never had anything but water in the truck which I have never spilled. The seat started showing the fuzzy wearing after I had the first oil change at Cobb County Toyota. The service manager (Dennis Zullo) accusing me of harshly cleaning the seat is an absolute insult considering I told him honestly that I had not. I like my truck, but now despise Cobb County Toyota service department. Marietta Toyota is a longer drive for me, but hopefully at least their service department treats people with respect. More
Every time I take my car to this place they tell me something is "major" wrong with my car, for example this time I was quoted 991.91 + 712.67 (power steering leak and axle problem), in December I paid something is "major" wrong with my car, for example this time I was quoted 991.91 + 712.67 (power steering leak and axle problem), in December I paid near $1000 for "3 oil leaks", hmmm. WTH - My car is a 2007 Camry - I'm suspicious, and bottom lock, no one seems to care or be able to help me. Also, the 800 is no better. I am 100% certain that I will never buy a toyota again. I don't know much about cars but I know a 2007 Camry should not be having these expensive repairs. More

This toyota dealer ship service center has the worst staff. Its as if when they were being hired the criteria was to pick the rudest people. They left the oil cap open on one of my vehicles and it spill staff. Its as if when they were being hired the criteria was to pick the rudest people. They left the oil cap open on one of my vehicles and it spiller oil all over the engine and on a other one they could find out what was wrong with it yet changed out parts 2 times on it. Finally I just had to get my car back and it had the same issue I brought it to them minus $640 out of my pocket. Please dont go to these morons. More
The quality of the toyota tundras is horrible! My power steering pump went out after only 32,048 miles. Everyone I have talked to said that it should be part of the engine warranty, but cobb county toyot steering pump went out after only 32,048 miles. Everyone I have talked to said that it should be part of the engine warranty, but cobb county toyota not only said that it wasn't, they did it in such a rude manner, I was shocked to be talked to that way. I would never buy a toyota again! The quality and service is like nothing I have ever had to deal with. I even called toyota's headquarters in california and they said it was a dealership problem and they would not do anything to help me. They did not even apologize for the way I was talked too. Every month that I make my car payment, it makes me sick to my stomach that I give my hard earned money to this horrible company! I wish there was more I could do to make them suffer the way that I have. I am a single mother and this was the first purchase that I have ever been able to make for myself and I literary feel like with the amount of money that I have had to put into a 2010 vehicle, that they have robbed my children of things my money should be paying for. Went in for my 5k mile service. Tech spilt oil all down the front of my engine & did not fill to the correct level. Also the blower fan for the a/c & heater was making a scrubbing sound. I made sure it was the front of my engine & did not fill to the correct level. Also the blower fan for the a/c & heater was making a scrubbing sound. I made sure it was not debies. When my truck was returned from service the underwriter said it was debrie and it was no longer making the noise, I new this could not be true so I had the underwriter walk with me to my truck & sure enough it was still making the sound. When I asked how long will it take them to repair it he said 2-3 hour. I asked why because it is held on by just 3 screws & 2 wire connections. His reply was because all the service tech went to lunch. So after going home without getting the repairs, I call another dealership about scheduling to get this fan blower replaced. This dealer adviced me that on my model truck there is a Service Alert Warning about the blowers being bad & I am now waiting for the part to come in. I will never go back to Cobb County Toyota. I bought my truck from them & they said it would come with a full tank of gas when I bought it but they only filled it up half-way. I told the saleman Greg Roy but he didn't show any consern. I also let Toyota know about this on my surveys but no responds. More
I brought in my six week old Toyota Tundra Double Cab today, July 6, 2006 because my secondary remote was not working and had rust and corrosion through it. I was told by the assistant service manager R today, July 6, 2006 because my secondary remote was not working and had rust and corrosion through it. I was told by the assistant service manager Russell Graff and the general sales manager that I must have jumped in a pool or something with it. When I argued that I never even used it, I was told that remotes aren't part of the bumper to bumper warranty. When I got upset, I was told to leave. Basically, I just spent 25 grand and six weeks later was told I was a liar and to get out. Great customer service. More
