An alignment was performed on my vehicle with no prior consent. When I checked out I asked if a new Maintenace sticker was placed on the front window and my monitor changed. Well when I drove away and restarted the car neither of these things were done. As a result I had to drive back to the dealership. This was not good customer service. More

This location is losing their service quality for vehicle service. The past several times I have brought my vehicle in for service they forgot to rotate the tire( invoice said they did. The next time I took it in they incorrectly installed my windshield wiper. Had to go back to have it replaced. Recently took my vehicle in for front end alignment and an oil change. The service dept did not reset my dashboard maintenance alert, did not place the oil change sticker on the windshield, and they did not provide me my point Inspection report More

2 different dealerships advised me differently in regards to my Bumper-to-Bumper warranty and the problem with my Highlander. Arrived for my appointment at Cobb County Toyota and the service tech Carlos told to my Bumper-to-Bumper warranty and the problem with my Highlander. Arrived for my appointment at Cobb County Toyota and the service tech Carlos told me he needed to contact my Extended warranty for approval. I waited 3 hours and I checked in with him and he said he was on the phone with them. Went back to him 40 minutes later and he said it is not covered. I missed 4 hours of work to wait for him to make a simple phone call with an attitude. Looking for a new dealership. More

I bought 4 new tires at the dealership less than 1. month ago. One of the tires has had a slow leak since purchase. I waited 3 hours and the service agent said the tech didn't find a leak so there's not month ago. One of the tires has had a slow leak since purchase. Telling me to go drive around on a bad tire until it gets worse is ridiculous. More
