Excellent experience at. Cobb County Toyota! I came to this dealership to look at and possibly buy a 2017 Toyota Highlander. The salesman Rudi Santos was knowledgeable about the Highlander and m I came to this dealership to look at and possibly buy a 2017 Toyota Highlander. The salesman Rudi Santos was knowledgeable about the Highlander and made the purchase as smooth as possible. He's an excellent salesman. The following day I returned to the dealership to purchase body side mouldings and wheel locking nuts. Ashley in service was very helpful and made the installation smooth and told me it would be about 2 hrs. It was exactly 2 hrs from start to finish. I was greeted with a smile by Ricardo Griffin, he not only listen to what i was saying, but he also heard me. He did not try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. This dealership had several choices for me to choose from, which was a surprise to me. (other dealerships had either one or none) .Ricardo was very patient and knowledgeable about each vehicle he showed me. I didn't spend the whole day at the dealership.. Watch out, they will take you for a ride!! My son went to have his 30,000 mile service on his 4 Runner. They charged $100 more than Team Toyota charged me for the same 30,000 mile service on my 4 Runner. They took advantage of my elderly parents as well. They had a wheel barren replace on the right side, $245, 3 month later the left one went out, they charged $600. This is not a service center I would suggest anyone using. We are going twice as for and pay half as much. More

We scheduled an appointment with Kent at 10am on a Saturday and he was there to assist us when we showed up. It took all of 2 hours and we left with a brand new SUV. Kent was very courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We had a close family friend that sold Toyotas at another dealership but my interactions with Kent prior to us showing up made me go with him on this purchase. He helped me get good money on my 2006 Toyota Sienna trade-in and even took the time to get my kids balloons.
