Cobb County Toyota has THE BEST Salesman I have ever worked with! Claude Henry greeted us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. He wasn't pushy, but asked what we were interested in. He completely expl worked with! Claude Henry greeted us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. He wasn't pushy, but asked what we were interested in. He completely explained all the features of the vehicle before we got in it (believe me, he knows his cars). He was very informative on the test drive, explaining all the safety features and getting me to use so I could see how they work. He made my purchase so smooth and easy. After signing the paperwork and about to leave, Claude Henry met me at the vehicle and showed me every feature on the vehicle and how to set up and work each feature! I have never had a friendlier, more detailed salesman in my life! The last car I bought I had to pick up after dark, and I had to figure out how to turn the lights on and every feature about it on my own. I 100% recommend Cobb County Toyota, and especially Claude! The sales manager (don't remember his name)was very nice and kept checking to see if everything was o.k. and if we needed a drink or anything. My husband took it back the next day for window tinting. Claude and everyone treated him exceptional as he waited. The last vehicle we bought from a different dealership didn't even acknowledge us when we went back the next week to have something done.Don't forget to ask for Claude Henry if you go here! More
Cobb County Toyota almost did it. They almost could have said “when all the other dealers were using the pandemic as an excuse to show the public all the stereotypes about car dealers are true, we didn’t be said “when all the other dealers were using the pandemic as an excuse to show the public all the stereotypes about car dealers are true, we didn’t bend our ethics and didn’t add ‘market adjustment costs’ on top of our invoice price just so we could rip people off”. Unfortunately, that’s no longer true. Their “yeah, that’s how Marietta Toyota does business but we’re a family owned business and our owners don’t believe I treating customers that way” has now been proven to be - yep - the usual car dealer BS. Too bad, but at least no one has to listen to the sanctimony anymore. Buyer beware. We’ll continue our search for an honest dealership and if we don’t find one (not holding our breath), we’ll wait until this nonsense blows over in 6-12 months and consider buying then. More
I would have given Toyota a rating of five stars had my experience not included management involvement and the fabulous reminder of how big business works. My story begins before Thanksgiving when my daug experience not included management involvement and the fabulous reminder of how big business works. My story begins before Thanksgiving when my daughter’s car broke down two hours away from her home. I called and spoke to a Toyota service department and was told they could help. I had the car towed there the next day. The service department was extremely helpful in every way. Due to the state of the country the parts Toyota needed were still nowhere to be found. After eight weeks without a car for my daughter, I reached out to see if I could maybe have a loaner vehicle to await the impending repairs. I was told that they would check, but were hopeful that they could help. I was thrilled when I got a call from Toyota saying that they would indeed, give me a loaner. I made arrangements to pick it up the following day. My daughter, having been without a car, took a greyhound bus to Marietta. Pretty scary experience for a young woman who traveled through a major city hub alone. I picked up the loaner without a hitch on a Friday. Everyone was extremely helpful and it truly was a five star rating experience. I gave my daughter my car and she returned safely to her home. On Tuesday, I received a call from middle management stating that they (Toyota service department) had made a mistake and that they would need the loaner car back immediately. They further said that they would not be able to help me with my car. I was quite upset and asked to speak to another person in management. I was called back by a general manager who informed me that I had not done business with Toyota in 13 years and therefore was not a priority consumer and they could not give charity. There it is. Data. What we have become. We are not human beings with stories and intertwined histories anymore to upper management of large corporations. We are just data. I had to struggle again and ended up buying another car the next day. I could not in good conscience do business with this company under the management of someone who held their employees under a tyrannical leadership style. Additionally, that they refused to help because I had not bought from them in some time really speaks to their own low expectations for the longevity of their vehicles. They expect them to break in less than 13 years. This is why I will give the lowest rating possible with a strong warning to all who seek to do business with Toyota. Beware. More
