It wasn't the dealership. I had a problem with Anthony Sullivan the service advisor. he had me waiting standing outside about 45 mins. after he told me my car was ready. I would like for his supervior to contact me about this visit because I had to go to him three times before my car was brought out to me and that he had left for the day which I found very disrespectful. First time going to the dealership myself to get an oil change and everything went smoothly. Just had to drop my car off and came during my appointment with John Cooper and was out in about 15-20 minutes! change and everything went smoothly.
