He did not haggle; we did not feel we were being "handled" or manipulated, and he did what he said he would do without adding "this" or "that" during the final process. Our financial guide was also instrumental in our experience, speaking openly without condescension as he guided us in making long-term decisions. Both gentlemen spoke highly of their employer, giving full tribute for our positive experience to them. If this car is all we have been told it is, we will definitely be repeat customers. More

And being able to elimiate negative equity at 0% only sweetens the deal. Those that took issue with Toyota when it was going through recall difficulties are definitely outnumbered by those of us loyal to the brand. I purchased 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE on 7/5/10. I wanted the ENT package, but it was not in stock. I settled for a promise that they would install the DVDs at my location-over 100 miles away. 2 weeks later, the ENT package, but it was not in stock. I settled for a promise that they would install the DVDs at my location-over 100 miles away. 2 weeks later, what was installed doesn't work and I am still waiting for the job to be completed. Calls were not retuned from the Sales person, Dion Glass as he promised. I feel like after the sale was made, they were finished. I have had to call corporate, the sales manager, etc... The new install date is now next week. I never would have purchased anything from this dealership had I known I would receive this type of service. This is a brand new van. I would have got the van at a local delership with the ENT package already installed. I would not recommend this dealdership. More

Sales team knew my needs and got me in and out quickly. Finance department moved quickly and I didn't have to spend all day doing paperwork or haggling.
