Overall, my experience with Carvana was positive. I was impressed that from vehicle selection to financing approval, the process was easy and fast, the price was outstanding and it was all done from the co impressed that from vehicle selection to financing approval, the process was easy and fast, the price was outstanding and it was all done from the comfort of my home. Customer service was friendly. The only frustration I experienced was the actual delivery of my vehicle, which was rescheduled twice. Although frustrating, Carvana customer care went above and beyond to acknowledge my inconvenience, including a $250 check. My suggestion would be to purchase a vehicle within the free to deliver market, or pick it up yourself. When my vehicle was finally delivered, I was greeted by a professional and friendly rep, who went over my paperwork with ease. Although clean, whoever detailed the vehicle did an awful job...but I didnt expect a new car since I purchased a used one. Mechanically, everything was as expected. I cannot review anything regarding registration, since it has not yet been completed...so fingers crossed I receive my plates soon. More

Initially I didn't trust carvana and mainly looking several dealers. I didn't believe in buying a car through online and I thought definitely I may get cheated, but honestly speaking, carvana done a gr several dealers. The BEST car buying experience EVER!!! This was the best buying experience ever! I have bought a lot of cars in the past, the thing that I hated the most is that you were at the dealership This was the best buying experience ever! I have bought a lot of cars in the past, the thing that I hated the most is that you were at the dealership ALL DAY!!! I do not have that kind of time in my life. The process was fantastic! My other car went down and I had to get a replacement in a fairly short amount of time. While I was on vacation I was able to causally research how much I wanted to spend and the features and payment that I could afford. The process was so easy and I had so many choices. The customer service made me feel that I was the most important customer. I was leery at first, but they made me feel warm and fuzzy with that I didn't have to accept the car (when they delivered it) for any reason and that I also had 7 days to return it. They offer the warranty and extended warranty. Also, they approved my credit right away, so I didn't have to go any further than my app. Everything was there and taken care of! So far so good! I would HIGHLY recommend this service to EVERYONE!!! Sure beats sitting at a dealership, plus you have a lot more options of a lot more cars!!! Thank you so much CARVANA!!!! More
