My only minor complaint is that I did not realize the vehicle didn’t have two keys or the key fobs. I didn’t catch this when reviewing the car online. It cost us an additional $400 to buy a key fob from the dealer and to have it programmed. But other than this, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
Excellent experience. Car detailing could’ve been better. Dog hair remained between seats and glass/mirror not clean. Excellent quick repair of chip in the windshield with safelite. I had a lot of questions for him as I was pretty skeptical of the operation until I went on line and verified the phone number that he had given me and talked to the people there. After I understood their operation I took their offer and the whole operation was as smooth as silk. From start to finish my truck was gone in 3 days. Everybody involved were very friendly and helpful, especially Andrew. He deserves a medal for his patience and professionalism, I had a hundred questions and answered them all. I highly recommend Carvana. More

I decided to purchase the car knowing I had a week to spend time with it and return it if it didn't work out. In the end I loved driving the car and decided not to return it. My registration and plates arrived after about three weeks driving the vehicle with temporary plates. Overall, the experience was extremely smooth. However, I never tried to return anything including a refundable deposit or a 7-week trial car, so I don't know what that experience is like. One point of turbulence for me was that I wanted to pay the full amount for the car up front (cheapest option in long haul), and this was a lot of money, and it takes time to get that amount all together in one chequeing account. As an example it can take a few days to sell equity from my brokerage and several more days to transfer that money into a bank account. However, Carvana expected the full cost of the vehicle to be in my chequeing account upfront (and they would check it) weeks before they produced the car. They gave me an extension after several phone calls which I was very glad they did, but I wish they would give more time to get the funds together generally. More
Very bad experience. Customer service very polite but absolutely no help at all . They tossed you to different departments back and forth and nobody knows anything everybody avoiding responsibility that absolutely no help at all . Different directions between departments. Between Carvana and silver rock. Extremely disappointed and frustrated the way we were pushed with all the delays in the response from carvana and silver rock . Feels like is intended to be that way so we don’t have any options but to accept the car within the time limit. More

Everything went great until the day my car was delivered. I still love my car but I feel like I was deceived. The guy delivering my car scuffed the rim and rocker panel and told me carvana would fix it. Now I still love my car but I feel like I was deceived. The guy delivering my car scuffed the rim and rocker panel and told me carvana would fix it. Now all they want to do is fix the rocker panel and not the rim. I am working with them now to see if they will fix rim. I will buy another car from here because the process is flawless. Hopefully nextime they take 10 extra seconds and do the final step correct. I can understand the no negotiating strategy, it really has to be that way for this to work and quite honestly prices are reasonable. I was selling my car. Which, went for slightly lower than KBB despite having almost no miles and heavily optioned, but again, I want to embrace a new way of doing things. When I accepted my offer, uploaded my documentation, I was then presented with an even LOWER offer. Odd. I then proceeded to chat with Carvana who told me even though I had an email (written documentation) that I have a higher offer, that they could not help and that I should take it to the dealership. Oh well, so much for progress and trying to evolve into something better... More

The one thing I'm not too sure about is when I took my car to a shop to have a courtesy check done, I was informed the positive terminal on my battery was loose. I would assume that's one of the things the mechanics would check first before the car was ready to sell. Not sure why they wouldn't double check everything before giving it the "GO" to be sold. More

Once I got to the store, it took 11 minutes for them to give me the check and take possession of the car. 11 minutes!! I don't think I'll ever try to sell a car any other way. I was very skeptical, but this was fast, easy, and painless!! Win! More
