Overall good Really appreciate the coinvenience of conducting the entire purchase at home. From what I saw their cars are generally ~$2000 over market value but I Really appreciate the coinvenience of conducting the entire purchase at home. From what I saw their cars are generally ~$2000 over market value but I decided I was ok spending that in exchange for the time and effort they saved me by having everything online, the quality of the cars they had to choose from, and delivering the car directly to my house. My mechanic found that the car I bought had had the front bumper and condenser replaced like it been in a fender bender which Carvana didn't tell me about. Even if the accident wasn't reported I think any decent mechanic would be able to find an issue like that so I assume they deliberately didn't let me know about the accident. It was repaired properly before I bought the car so I decided I was ok with it. At the end of everything, it was really only slightly easier than buying from a dealer in person due to having to coordinate between me, Carvana, and my bank. However, Carvana's financing rates are competitive so I would recommend financing directly through them for the sake of ease. More

Carvana I really wanted to love you. You carvana unfortunately failed me and proved to me exactly why no one should buy a car online. Everything was great until car arrived with damage. Yes, your we unfortunately failed me and proved to me exactly why no one should buy a car online. Everything was great until car arrived with damage. Yes, your website notated a level two scratch on driver side rear door. However this was a two inch long dent that was not there on your web page. I took pictures and submitted and you carvana immediately declined because there was damage annotated on your web page. I called and explained that this was different damage and even sent you your own picture of the area with no dent. Your agent said they would send it in for review and have someone look at your own pics and video that clearly show no dent...denied again because your web page annotated damage in that area...I called and tried a third time to get one of your associates to look at the before video that you carvana tool and sent me that clearly showed no dent and compare it to the after pic I sent...denied again after your associates even said the damage happened during delivery but carvana still declined. Epic fail. I will and will continue to tell anyone who mentions carvana NOT to buy from carvana. More
