Worth the Wait. I have to admit, I had my reservations about this deal. There are disadvantages to keeping the buyer in the dark regarding your "Reconditioning" proce I have to admit, I had my reservations about this deal. There are disadvantages to keeping the buyer in the dark regarding your "Reconditioning" process. First it told to be 7 to 15 days, then it went on and on for 15 weeks. Meanwhile, I kept looking for a similar vehicle in other places. Nobody wanted to let me know what the issues were that was delaying my Photo Reveal. I was worried that possibly I was buying a lemon, a wreck rebuild, or a flood damaged reconditioning since it was a Florida Car. I wasn't finding another car with the low milage as this was so I decided that I always had that 7 day return if it didn't work out. Upon accepting the delivery, I didn't put many miles on it but I was happy that it was a solid car, quiet engine, good tires, and no dents or water damage. Ha! Everything worked and the Interior was in good shape and clean. I'm happy with the car and it rides like a cloud with the factory air suspension. The only issue is that the low tire pressure light keeps coming on but I'm not going to pay a $50 Deductible to get it reprogrammed. I still have most of the warranty period, We will see if anything else comes up. Overall, I think I got a rare low milage vehicle that I am content with. Down side, I wanted to trade in my 2016 vehicle and I was totally unhappy with the offer so I kept it. There are advantages in going to a dealer where you can get a proper appraisal of your trade in instead of a low ball online offer that isn't negotiable. I feel my vehicle was probably low balled also and I overpaid because I was committed in wanting this model of car. I prefer going to a dealership where prices are negotiable! More
So far, so good! I have had my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic for a bit over a week now and I love it.
