Average / Disappointing I was not at all impressed with the issue we had with the Key Fob, one did not work because of the battery was dead. We were told its simple and to ta I was not at all impressed with the issue we had with the Key Fob, one did not work because of the battery was dead. We were told its simple and to take it to the nearest dealership and they would make the repair. Well guess what it became a nightmare and Baker Nissan, they gave us a hard time wanting us to pay for it because they did not want to deal with filing a claim with Carvana. We went back and fourth, so I called the Carvana Customer service number and the rep told me well go to another dealership, (as if I have time to drive all over Houston to fix something they should have had done before delivering the car) I was mad and very disappointed in the whole issue but they were quick to call on the 6 day, excited about asking if we are keeping the car or upgrading it. I explained to her my concern and all she was concerned with was if we were keeping the car. ***** on the plus side this was the best way of purchasing a car, we didn't have to deal with salesmen pushing you to buy a car that you don't like. My son loves his car over all but they need to handle the issues a lot better than they did. More

My only issues were with communication after the sale. There were delays with the vehicle delivery, and Carvana was not forthcoming with information.
