I have only had my car for a month so I can't attest to the quality of Carvana's 100 day warranty or to their long-term customer support, but I can say that the car buying process was smooth from beginning to end. The car I wanted was not available from dealers in my area, but easy to find on Carvana. The car was in excellent working condition with low miles, as promised. It had VERY few cosmetic defects, as promised. This was thrilling to me, as I wanted to buy used but was nervous about being screwed over. Carvana removed that worry completely. They will deliver to you exactly what you paid for. Setting up financing and autopay through the website was instant. The only hiccup was a winter storm in the Midwest which delayed the delivery of my car by a couple days (I live on the East Coast). Every staff member I spoke to in regards to that issue was courteous to the extreme. Another benefit, before I forget: no haggling. It's a relief not to have to negotiate down to some lower price with a salesman you know is just trying to upsell you. That always seemed like a foolish practice to me and I'm glad that Carvana is disrupting this old, tired system with fair, fixed prices (which sometimes are even below KBB benchmarks, by the way). I could go on about how unexpectedly smooth this whole process was, but I'll just say that Carvana is a new type of dealership, for a new generation and a new decade. From overly long customer service hold time on the phone to try to resolve any issue from simple ones to more complicated ones, to hang ups on me from customer service agents, to long delays to get issues sorted and the biggest one was getting charged by mistake for an exchange vehicle I did not accept. So it has been a big mess overall and I had to submit several complains to different supervisors like Yessica and Andrew. The most helpful advocate who got most of my issues sorted eventually was Krisa from post sales team, she was the most consistent and helpful employee I have dealt with from Carvana. The car I got from Carvana has 2 issues I almost exchanged it for but the exchange car had bigger issues so I decided to keep the original and I am currently working with my local dealer to replace the needed parts using my limited Carvana warranty through silverrock and the dealer coverage of battery, I also had an issue with my warranty getting canceled by mistake which took Carvana long to solve as well. Overall I think my experience with Carvana could have been much better, the company is still plagued with issues especially in the customer service department and still has a lot of work to do but their business model remains an attractive prospect for buyers like me who rather avoid the dealership hassle, Carvana needs to sort out their own online and on the phone hassles to get to a much better place as a business supposedly built on convenience and no hassle car buying. More

Delayed recieving car for 5 days I had my pickup scheduled for November 18. It had been scheduled for this date for at least a week. The morning I was supposed to pick up my Mazda CX- I had my pickup scheduled for November 18. It had been scheduled for this date for at least a week. The morning I was supposed to pick up my Mazda CX-5, I received an email saying my pick-up was delayed and I wouldn't be able to get it until November 23. I was relying on having my car, so I was forced to get a rental until the 23rd. The last minute rental cost $210. Carvana would only reimburse me $150--after my 7 day trial period. It was your mistake, Carvana should have fronted the whole cost without me calling several times to ask about it. And speaking of calling, I called 5-6 times and put myself on the wait list to be called back. Not once were any of those phone calls returned. Also, one of the customer service reps said that they would set up an Uber for me from returning the rental to the vending machine. I never received the email for this. Just something else that you should have paid for and didn't. When I finally picked up my car, I did have a gift basket waiting for me for the mix-up. While that was very nice, having my rental covered would have been more impressive than a $10 blanket and some M&M's. I should have just canceled my purchase after I received that email. Because 10 days later I got T-boned and the car was totaled. I was obviously not meant to have that car. More
It was the simplest and nosy gratifying way to purchase a car that o have had to date! When I needed help, everyone was so helpful, and I got exactly what I was looking for!
