Things didnt go so smooth I has to go get my own state inspection because of someone writing wrong mileage, they used wrong name for my lender, had to get another tag FedEx, my cabin air filter was full inspection because of someone writing wrong mileage, they used wrong name for my lender, had to get another tag FedEx, my cabin air filter was full of shrub and I ended up buying an engine air filter as well. I wasnt fully reimbursed they debated over the cabin air filter wanting a photo. Ine rep was helpful. Now I hear noises and at least I have warranty but my repair guys are not one of the users of silver creek. More

I TURNED AND SAID "LIKE THIS"? WE WERE ALMOST DONE I CALLED MY INSURANCE CO. WHILE SHE SAT AT THE TABLE WITH ME, I GAVE THEM THE VIN.NO. THEY SAID IT WENT UP $56.00 AND I MADE A JOKE I HUNG UP. SALES PERSON IS SHE E-MAILING IT TO YOU? I HAVE TO TAKE A PIC. OF IT? I SAID NO. I TRIED TO CALL THEM IT WENT TO VOICE MAIL. SHE SAID I CAN'T LET YOU TAKE THE CAR UNLESS I HAVE A PICK. THAT'S xxxxxxxxx I AM COVERED TO DRIVE ANY CAR AT ANY TIME. SO ALL IN ALL I WILL BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM YOU, JUST GET CRAP LIKE THAT TOGETHER. More
Great experience in buying and financing a car. The Carvana employees at the pickup location, Westminster, were super helpful and knowledgeable about the car. There was some minor damage the occurred during transport of the car to Caravana, tiny chip in paint and a crack in the windshield, they pointed this out and within 24 hours they had arranged for repair. I would recommend having the car checked out by a mechanic after purchasing, the Infiniti dealer did an inspection and everything was in great shape with the exception of the two back tires which were almost bald. I contacted Caravana and they will be replacing. The people at Carvana and Bridgecrest, their warranty company, were very responsive to this issue and easy to deal with. I highly recommend buying through them it’s so easy. We financed through them and got a great interest rate, two point below what car dealers were quoting. Overall a very positive experience. More

The paperwork and auto loan were handled on the Caravan site quickly, and the vehicle was delivered exactly as promised. The very low milage1986 Buick Enclave we selected came looking like a brand new car, in and out. The detailers and sellers did a great job, and the delivery employee provided us with all the vehicle’s ownership and maintenance history. We took it on an 80 mile test trip the next day, in the rain, and the vehicle performed very well. A pleasure to drive, and simply reinforced our feelings with facts, that we made a good choice.
