Since online buying especially for cars is pretty skeptical at first, I was very weary but Carvana made the experience smooth and comfortable from the start all the way to the delivery. Of course there’s always some imperfections such as scratches and other stuff with used cars but once you check out the car and satisfied then it’s all good. Over all it was a very pleasant experience. The car the exactly as described and in great shape. Could have been detailed a little better. The only major thing was it deff needs an alignment. When I called they said it was covered under the warranty. I'm taking it to the garage this week when I go to complete my inspection so hopefully it is and I'm not responsible for the the deposit. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe in November of 2019. It was a great experience picking the car up from the dealership, and easy by most standards. However, just after the 7 day return window, we noticed th was a great experience picking the car up from the dealership, and easy by most standards. However, just after the 7 day return window, we noticed that the back right tire would throw "low PSI" signals. 3 of the tires were over inflated, and it made us question whether this had been done so that the tire with the slow leak wouldn’t be an issue until after we were not able to return it. We would air it up, and within a week or so, it would be low again. Both my husband and I thought the tires looked awfully worn for a vehicle that had less than 32,000 miles on it because they had very little tread left on a Michelin tire. My husband took the car to Discount Tire and the technician there told us that the tires on it could not have been the original or factory tires on the Tahoe. He said they are the right kind of tire, but that the factory tires are rated for 70,000 miles and the tires on our car had long passed that mileage rating. He said that those are the standard tires for Chevy trucks and SUV’s, but the tires on our vehicle were way to worn for the mileage on the car. The rim for the spare was not the correct sized rim for the Tahoe and Discount Tire told us they could not put it on the vehicle. For a car company that claims to thoroughly inspect their vehicles, I cannot understand why I just paid $42,000 for a car that required me to turn around in 2 months and put $1200 worth of tires on it. We will also have to purchase a rim for the spare that actually fits and I do not know what that will cost yet. This is not okay, and they don't make it easy to email customer service about it either. Carvana may be great by most accounts, but I'm pretty deflated after spending that much on a car and I do not foresee us purchasing a vehicle from them again. More

I had a trade-in and was worried about the complexity and the value I would get. Well, Carvana proved me wrong in both cases. Process was simple, straight forward, and the offer was fair and reasonable. The paperwork was a non-event. All online, all easy. Then it was time for delivery. I chose to have the car brought to my home and setup my schedule. They were right on time. Did the car look as good as the photos? No, it was even better! I experienced the Wow factor. The team that delivered it were professional, yet friendly. I took it for a drive and gave it the once over. Amazing! Finally, the customer experience. I never felt so comfortable and so well informed. Great communication and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Oh yes, let’s not forget the 7 day return option. I really didn’t need it, but the fact it is there is comforting. Not like buying a car and once you drive off the lot, there’s no turning back. On top of that, I have a 100 day warranty as well. Carvana, you have a customer for life. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m looking forward to my next car purchase with you! More

I honestly couldn’t believe how fast it was at the time of pick up given prior dealer experiences where it literally takes an entire day! Not with Carvana! We picked up our car during my husbands lunch! Car ama also offered us the most for our trade in and we had gone to 3 other dealers. I recommend everyone to Carvana now!!! Their app is also amazing!!
