My purchase was great. Very fast and professional unfortunately the vehicle I purchased has problems with the heat. It won't blow and I want to keep the car it's been in the shop 2 days after I came unfortunately the vehicle I purchased has problems with the heat. It won't blow and I want to keep the car it's been in the shop 2 days after I came and picked it up so I haven't been able to even drive it yet I had to replace the blower motor fuses electrical wires and some more stuff and the warrenty that carvana has jeep won't accept I have to pay 1000 out of pocket to cover the repairs for my brand new vehicle. I should be reimbursed for this but still major inconvenience especially when my delivery was delayed bc of damages to the vehicle. More

Buying from caravana was so freaking easy. While looking at cars, they are very clear as to if there are any imperfections with the vehicle (Things that I would never have even noticed like a small scratch by the front bumper). They make sure to show these to you and to have clear photos of every single angle of the vehicle, so when you receive it, it's exactly what you're expecting - And it most certainly was! The delivery driver, Nick, was also fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, and personable, and I was very impressed to have received a handwritten note from him thanking me for my purchase. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here, I am in love with my car and have recommended this business to literally everyone I talk to! The good news is that I got a good car at a decent price from this dealership. Almost everything else about the experience was less than awesome though. I financed my vehicle through my bank instead of thro from this dealership. Almost everything else about the experience was less than awesome though. I financed my vehicle through my bank instead of through Carvana, and it was as though they had never done this with another customer. Almost 6 hours of back and forth on the phone over the course of 2 days to get things finally figured out. Then, the delivery of my vehicle was delayed 3 times. The third time it was delayed 5 days, and I was told it was because they had “lost” my vehicle. I was not offered anything from the dealership to help rectify this, and was car-less for 5 days. The day of my delivery, I was contacted by the delivery team who asked to move my delivery time from 3:30pm to 2:00pm because it fit their schedule better. I took off from work early, and was home by 1:50pm. When I was arriving home for my delivery, the delivery team was LEAVING my house (they had shown up early and I was not yet home). They never called or contacted me, they just left. Then they came back, 45 minutes AFTER my delivery time that they had asked for, and said they had decided to go to lunch. Upon inspection of my vehicle, I noticed 7-8 significant scratches and dents on the vehicle that were not pictured on the website. The website shows pictures of 2 very minor scratches on the vehicle, but left out the images of the significant scratches the vehicle had. Overall, the images shown on the website were a very dishonest and deceptive representation of the vehicle. I am happy with the car I got. But my experience with their financing department, delivery team, and whoever chooses how to market the vehicles online was very poor. Despite getting a good vehicle, I have shared my poor experience with others and would not recommend anyone to use Carvana. More

Mostly positive Excellent customer service. During hand off of car, I felt a bit rushed. After she went over paperwork she left. I had to do initial test drive withou Excellent customer service. After I got car there were 3 minor repairs that needed to be done, only one of those was told to me before delivery. It took two weeks to get clearance to do these repairs and one I had to do myself because it was a windshield wiper replacement and I couldn’t wait on that. The 360 degree inspection needs to be refined a bit. More
