But the 7-day full-refund return guarantee (minus delivery to local store) reassured me so decided to give it a try. It was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I've ever had. After choosing the car, it took about 30 minutes online to close the deal. Great choice of cars and very competitive prices. On their final inspection, they found a cracked side window, and they called me and fixed it (no charge), so delivery was delayed by a couple of days, but I didn't mind. Everyone at Carvana was very nice, and you could tell they go out of their way to make my experience a good one. Would definitely buy from them again. More

AMAZING __ OUTSTANDING_____ THE BEST There is only word to describe my experience AMAZING!!!!!!. It is even easier than the commercials say it is. EVERYONE I have dealt with has been so very helpful and caring. I am very limited when it comes to computer skills and the Carvana staff took the time to guide me thru the process, Their patience with me was AMAZING. They took the time to follow up with me and kept me informed as every step of the process was completed. The day of delivery was AMAZING it was scheduled for a 10 am delivery and at 9:45am the delivery driver called and informed he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. The driver unloaded the car (much to the delight of the kids in the neighborhood) and he explained EVERY detail on the car and how it worked and I took it for a test drive. I could not get the neighbors to believe that it was a used car as it looked AMAZING. Carvana staff called me that afternoon to see how everything was and remind me that if I wanted to return the car for any reason during the 7 day test period it would be no problem. I have done nothing but talk about how AMAZING the process was and have friends and co-workers on line looking at Carvana cars. The only regret I have is that I never got to see the Carvana vending machine............ More
