After trying to sell my van on Craigslist and Facebook, only scammers replied. On the good side, car buying services such as Carvana reached out. Allison of Carvana was the easiest to work with. Carvana only scammers replied. On the good side, car buying services such as Carvana reached out. Allison of Carvana was the easiest to work with. Carvana also had cars I was interested in. They (Joshua Long) made a seamless transaction happen at my home. would gladly buy again this way. More

Wheels in the air I am glad to be able to find a car that is so little hassle and the information that was necessary took about 15 minutes. Other than the traffic being I am glad to be able to find a car that is so little hassle and the information that was necessary took about 15 minutes. Other than the traffic being hard just to get there, it has nothing to do with Carvana, I am just glad I decided to go this direction because I looked at four different dealers and my final decision was when I talked to Carfax and that was nothing short of a scam with 4 wheels. Thank you so much!! More
A very pleasing purchase and satisfying exchange process! Purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus, completely loaded & with very low mileage, on 15 January, and was able to exchange it a week later for a 2015 Chrysler 2 Purchased a 2013 Ford Taurus, completely loaded & with very low mileage, on 15 January, and was able to exchange it a week later for a 2015 Chrysler 200C, also loaded & low mileage, for a purchase price that was not much more than the price of the 2013 Taurus, which had a defective backup camera that produced a fogged up image on the dash display (the reason for the exchange). Carvana customer service is nothing short of outstanding and extremely courteous. They work with all credit types so it's easy to obtain financing with a reasonable down payment. I consider Carvana as a very compelling alternative to purchasing from a brick and mortar dealership (except for not being able to see the vehicle/s in person), but one still needs to do their homework during the buying process. Very strongly recommended for their generous return & exchange policy, as well as the first class customer service. More
A Great but not quite perfect experience I don't know if every sale Carvana makes turns out to be quite like mine but I will try to give an honest and balanced review. First, hands down th I don't know if every sale Carvana makes turns out to be quite like mine but I will try to give an honest and balanced review. First, hands down there is no experience quite like what Carvana offers. The web site presents every detail about the car you could ask for short of driving the car yourself. You see photos of the high points and the imperfections, which gives the buyer an honest and realistic view of what they are buying. The customer service is unmatched in the industry. There are no dealer fees and the staff will work their butts off to make sure you are happy. The 7-day money-back guarantee? Yup, I took advantage of it and was very glad I did. My wife thought she wanted gray, then realized gray was not the color for her so we ordered a blue, then she said that this blue was too dark so we ordered a lite blue. There were no questions asked, no extra charges or anything. There are a few restrictions on how many miles you can drive and I believe it was 400. Now comes the not so perfect part. Whenever you buy anything sight unseen you run the risk that the product is not quite what you were expecting. Meaning, you see very quickly the imperfections that photos cannot pick up. Also if you are buying a car that you have never driven, even from a friend, the comfort and handling may not what you imagined and in that case you need to either go to a dealer and test drive then buy or test drive and go to Carvana and buy. I would like Carvana to consider showing more detail photos of the car's interior, trunk, undercarriage, and engine. For the savvy car enthusiast, these photos simply won't cut it. The other thing too that I want to mention if I am being totally honest here is that Carvana slips on quality control occasionally. It's not the norm I'm sure but a few cars that are supposed to be inspected, detailed and fix imperfections, does not get done. However, that does not always happen. Blame it on the mechanics in the Carvana shop if you like, but at the end of the day quality control should catch them and in my case they didn't, twice. The good thing though is you have 7 days to decide if you can live with those imperfections or just return it. There is another option as well and that is to have Carvana fix it. They stand by their cars so much that if you found imperfections that are simply not up to THEIR standards then they will pay to have it fixed at no cost to you. Of course, Carvana will have to agree that the imperfections are either not noted in the photos or that the imperfections are significant and you want them fixed. If they agree to fix it then you pretty much own the car from thereon. Think about it, the time to get it estimated and fixed will go beyond 7 days, which they state in writing, is all they will allow. So if the car is fixed and you are still not happy, then legally there is nothing they can do, you agreed to it in the contract. Another thing too is Carvana's no-haggle policy. The price advertised is fixed, period. They will not budge one penny. It is for this reason I recommend that you hold them to their advertised "highest stand in the industry" claim and require them to fix the imperfections if you really love the car. Otherwise, go to your local dealer so you can try before you buy. So by and far it is a good experience but not perfect. I am pleased with my Honda Pilot, but the lack of quality control needs to be greatly improved. what is the ratio of perfect condition to less than perfect? I cannot say, but what Carvana lacks in occasional quality control, they make up with much effort to right the wrong at their expense. Did I mention that they gave me $100 off to have the car detailed since it came with dog hair? Not much I agree, but the sentiment was well received. Also, they cut my delivery fee by 90 % to improve the experience of my final car because of the problems we had with the 2nd. Would I recommend Carvana to buy your next car? Yes, but keep one thing in mind, at your local dealer you have hidden dealer fees, mystery government taxes, underhanded activities that are just morally wrong. Your local dealer could haggle on the price but make up for it with higher interest rates. Also your local dealer will sell you a car with "all sales are final" disclaimer. So if you know what you want, know the car and just want to click and buy the car of your dream, then Carvana is the right place for you. More

Getting a vehicle through carvana was very awesome. The staff and the driver were very polite. They even gave a free gift inside the vehicle when I received it. It is a plus when you get a vehicle through staff and the driver were very polite. They even gave a free gift inside the vehicle when I received it. It is a plus when you get a vehicle through this company being as car dealerships basically give you the vehicle and nothing else besides the keys. A car dealership even kept me at the dealership for an hour even though I was approved for the vehicle I got which claimed that they had to clean it and everything then ended up with a bag of trash that was left in there by a salesman. I didn't have that issue with this company like that. I cannot remember everyone that I dealt with through carvana but the experience was great. The only issue that made it extra work was living in New York being as the state required more things from me even though the company didn't require it at that time. In the end, it all worked out and will consider doing business with this company again. More
