Carvana is doing absolutely nothing to improve my experience, and your response is meaningless fluff. By the way, I've looked at other Carvana reviews and see that you give the same stock responses -- pathetic drivel. If you really wanted to make my experience great, you would actually do something. I have never been treated this shoddily in more than forty years of car ownership, and you should be ashamed. You and your repair team are not working actively to help -- quite the opposite. You are insisting I take time off from work to take a non-OEM part to a dealer and force them to provide a typewritten diagnostic on it. They are not going to do that and I'm going to be even more pissed off. Your Repair Specialists are awful, your service is awful, and I will continue to point this out until you agree to do the right thing. You sent a non-functioning and non-OEM part for a critical component. I have sent you photos proving that the cable is for a GM Bolt instead of this car, and I have offered to submit videos of the charging cable sending an error code within seconds of being plugged into the wall (and the other end not plugged into the car) -- and you still refuse to do the right thing. In my mind that makes you as bad as the worst dealership.
