I love the no pressure feel of buying a car online. I went thru 3 different stages before I found my perfect car. The monthly payments were too high on the first set of cars. The second set of cars weren went thru 3 different stages before I found my perfect car. The monthly payments were too high on the first set of cars. The second set of cars weren’t cute enough but matched my budget. The last set had the perfect look and the monthly payment. If I had gone to a dealership I would have left with a car payment that was too high. If the payment wasn’t too high then I would’ve have purchased a car that I could afford but really didn’t like. I’ve never left a dealership feeling like I won. I always felt like I got played. I would give Carvana 5 stars but my car was not cleaned properly. There was streaks of dirt on the outside. The inside had dirt on all the hotspots: steering wheel and door handle. The floor had debris and dust was everywhere. After I purchased the car I took it to the car wash. The amount of dirt I wiped of the inside of the car was disgusting. More

Honestly, Carvana does a superb job of making the online purchasing experience very smooth. I liked the easy access to information about each vehicle. The availability of pictures and descriptions also helped in narrowing down my decision. Once I had picked a vehicle, it was a matter of securing financing and completing paperwork. Carvana offers its own financing options with rates that seem comparable to everyone else, as well as the option to use outside financing. Completing the paperwork too was fairly straightforward with explanations and clarifications offered at each step of the way. And that was it. I chose the option to pick up the vehicle. In hindsight, I should have selected the option for vehicle delivery. In my bid to save a few hundred dollars, I ended up spending a bit more to go and pick up the car, but that is a function of the fact that I live far away from the nearest Carvana vending machine. By the way, while the vending machine does seem a bit gimmicky in my opinion, it does hit all the right buttons. You are made to feel special, everything from dropping the ceremonial coin into the slot, to seeing your car descend from its lofty spot, to be placed literally at your feet is an experience. And that has been it so far. I know the recommended thing is to have your car be checked out by a mechanic before you purchase it, but Caravana appears to have a sheen of trustworthiness. Also, they offer the opportunity to return the vehicle within a week of first taking receipt of it, so you have that opportunity to have it checked out. Overall, it was a great car purchasing experience and I will certainly do it again if given the opportunity. More

The price was not all that much less with Carvana than what we had it listed for, with none of the worries of dealing with unknown buyers. Their tech, Cain, arrived on time and was very Thorough in explaining the transaction, he was extremely professional and most pleasant. More

I was very pleased with the car I got and the value I got from the trade in. My only complaints are that the car was delivered via someone driving it to my house vs being towed to my house so it added a few from the trade in. My main complaint is that the car wasn’t very clean when I got it.
