The representative, Abdul, that came to pick up my car was professional and we completed the process within 10 minutes including his quick test drive. I was disappointed to have to arrange for repair before the car was even offloaded from the delivery truck. Delivery is a part of the products and services you provide and more care should be taken to ensure the safe delivery of vehicles your potential customers are paying for. There should also be a checklist for both customer and driver to sign so there is proof of damage observed prior to purchase and after delivery, just as you would with a rental car. Aside from that, Customer Advocates were professional and the entire process was fairly seamless. I will be a repeat customer based on this experience. More

Purchased son a truck! Second purchase with Carvana and this was horrible. Was told a supervisor would reach out to me and I never heard from anyone. Very poor customer service. I’m pretty sure my first Carvana purchase is on my credit report you all pulled since I still have that vehicle. Not happy with purchase or overall dismissive customer service approach. More
