Easy experience, picked up the car at the vending machine. The 12:30 appointment was truly an appointment with respect to our time. We did pay the transport fee and noticed the emissions were doine that day. The car probably just arrived. Happy with the process definitely will consider carvana for the next purchase. More

The over all experience was pleasant however when we got the van home it had several issues. The blind spot monitor system is not working as well as several other electronic issues.
