The first time my vehicle was to be delivered on September 25th, then four days before the delivery date, Carvana cancelled and rescheduled for October 5th. I explained that I work two full time jobs and can only accept delivery on the weekends, so I rescheduled for Saturday October 8th, 2022. I get a text this morning at 9:28am stating how they are excited to deliver my vehicle to me tomorrow and if I'm excited, xxxx yeah I am. They also stated that they are on track to deliver my vehicle at the time stated. At 12:17pm. I get a burst of text messages from Carvana stating that they ran into delivery problems and have already rescheduled my delivery date to Thursday October 13, 2022. Can't do a Thursday, so I would have to reschedule out further, which means I would have waited a month to receive my car. xxx!!?? I won't go into too much details, but extreme disappointment and anger set in a long with multiple choice words for Carvana. I really needed this car for work as I am now traveling 100 miles round trip for work a day. I needed this car because of the great gas mileage, as of this date, Carvana has cost me $400 alone in fuel, fuel and money that I could have been saving with the new to me vehicle. Carvana sounds like a great concept, but it is a gimmick that does not work in reality. I will never ever do business with a car dealer like this again. I tried driveway before this, and also had a bad experience. I will go to a local dealership, F Carvana, and yes Carvana you get an F- or a 0 rating from me. More
I am in the midst of the absolute worst car-buying experience of my life with Carvana. 20 minutes prior to my vehicle being delivered, A rep called me and told me that the car hasn't passed NC inspect experience of my life with Carvana. 20 minutes prior to my vehicle being delivered, A rep called me and told me that the car hasn't passed NC inspection and also needs additional repairs, therefore my delivery would be delayed (again) another 10 days, then he started laughing at me. When I called and spoke with a rep, instead of allowing me to speak with a supervisor, she was recommending other vehicles, then swapped the car I purchased for one that was several thousand dollars more (which I didn't want) and added it to my profile. Now, the car I purchased is apparently in limbo, all my signed contracts are deleted from my account and I still have yet to speak with a supervisor or manager (waiting for a 24-48 hour callback). This is a nightmare that I cannot wake up from. I have officially insured and paid for a vehicle that I don't even have, not to mention my lost income for not having transportation. Carvana is the worst. And I don't see this situation improving whatsoever. More
Terrible experience. Bought a 2020 truck that was advertised as blemish free. Door hand had a impact mark on its several fenders had deep scratches and the instrument cluster had a 2” crack in it. Reported the issue immediately was promised all issues would be resolved since it was in the 7 day return period. Instrument cluster the dealer took care of. I waisted over 100 hours on the phone with Carvana and silver rock to resolve the paint issues. Body shop gave me a $3400 estimate to fix the paint and Carvana only covered $1244. They kept telling me they were going to resolve the balance kept promising to call me back but never did. Bounced me back and fourth between reps at Carvana and silver rock both blaming the other. On the final day of my 100 day warranty called trying to get a resolution was told didn’t matter if I went past the 100 days since it was an open claim. That the manager was going to call me the next week cause once again my claims manager was “out of office” for the week. I finally called 5 days later to be told my warranty was up and there was nothing they could do. Now I’m on the hook foe $2,000+ to fix the paint on this supposed blemish free truck. False advertising. And the body shop will have my truck for 3 weeks but silver rock will only reimburse me for 5 days up to $50 a day on a rental. Super disappointed was lied to over and over again. I recorded all the conversations with them thinking about dropping it off with the local news station at this point. I got screwed hard. I have told everyone that has asked me if they should consider buying a car from Carvana I have told all of them no 100% pay the premium go to a dealer look at what you are buying. More

I would say maybe 3 out of probably close to 50 representatives were actually helpful. Your constant running clocks instill fear in your customers to complete all the tasks ASAP. I have two suggestions here. One, maybe make sure you don't give a NATIONAL BANK HOLIDAY as a deadline for bank verification of the check. Two, maybe make sure that you hold yourself, as a company, to the same deadline requirements. You delayed my delivery because of brakes & rotors, and a tire with a nail in it. I still have yet to find out exactly what exactly was replaced. Were two tires replaced to match the thread wear? Or only one? Were front & back brakes/rotors replaced or not? Here's a freebie suggestion; give your representatives more access to the information your customers are well within their right to have/know. I received my car & it was making clicking noises the very first day. Carvana suggested I bring it to a Carvana-approved shop; Monro it was. They parked my car next to one of the busiest roads in our city, right on the side, after it was in their parking lot all day during their repaving... jackhammer & all. Oh, but they didn't find anything. Told me they "slammed on the brakes" during the test drive more than I probably would, and got "lot rot"/rust off. I brought the car to MY family-owned shop... and it is a shame I don't have the money to sue Carvana & whoever touched (not fixed) my brakes. I have pictures. Twisted brake lines, brake pads put on upside down/backward; so tight they couldn't even budge, let alone move freely (that's important for brakes if you didn't know). OH! & my delivery driver told me he was quitting with y'all because of how awful he is treated by customers due to the issues you create & refuse to solve. He also wanted to make sure he took an accurate odometer reading after my home test drive; called Carvana & they had no record of it. He sent me a personal screenshot. Sad I have had to do the job of so many, just to secure my own purchase. ZERO service. Zero. I had to pay out of pocket to have it towed to my house. CARAVANA refused to, I should have left their xxx on the side of the road!!! After more then 30 days, I still haven't been reimbursed. I had to travel over 200 miles to get the car in Birmingham when they vould have brought it to me and picked up my trade in. CARAVANA reminds me of the sleazy car salesman from the 70s. Save yourself a lot of drama and xx do not do business with these non caring and inconsiderate people!!! Also be very careful if you do, they are under investigation by the state of FLORIDA and others!!!! More
