DON’T PURCHASE THROUGH CARVANA! !! I had purchased a vehicle through them several years ago and it was the best experience ever, so simple and pleasant. Apparently things have change !! I had purchased a vehicle through them several years ago and it was the best experience ever, so simple and pleasant. Apparently things have changed drastically since then, because I just purchased another car from them a little over a month ago and the experience is an absolute nightmare. They have outright been lying to me the whole time. They stated numerous times, in numerous formats, that my registration would be covered and taken care of by them, only for me to not find out until after my temporary plate expired that they weren’t actually going to do anything about it. On the day my tags expired I called and was told to ‘just be patient’ because my registration would arrive in the mail. Even now as I write this, my Post Sale Dashboard states that they are processing my registration. But thank goodness I went to the DMV and was informed that Carvana would not actually be following through on their word and that I needed to take care of registration if I wanted to keep driving my car. In the words of the DMV, Carvana are scammers who lie to customers all the time. And trying to get anywhere with Carvana’s support team has been useless so far. So in short, AVOID CARVANA if you want to save yourself from being lied to and having an awful experience. I used to highly recommend Carvana to everyone, now it breaks my heart to say that I feel obligated to warn everybody to stay far away from this company. More
