Like many people I was hesitant to use an online service. It was far easier than going to a car lot. There were no salesmen bothering you and you could look for cars at your leisure. As a result of purchasing a vehicle last Wednesday 10/5. A second transaction for another vehicle I purchased a few days later was cancelled. At no point in time during the process was I informed that I could not purchase a second vehicle during the (7) Day Money Back Guarantee Period. I told my Carvana agent upon pick-up I planned to purchase another vehicle and would be back in a few days. He said great, I look forward to seeing you. The online system allowed me to complete the entire process, including the financing without any flags or warnings that I could not complete (2) transactions within a (7) day period. As a result, I fielded countless emails and phone calls and still could not resolve the issue. Even though I paid cash for the first vehicle. The phone staff was not helpful. The text robot is a joke. Your system is far from 100% online. I was getting phone calls, text messages, emails etc etc. It was nothing but hassle and aggravation. Your process is broken and the right hand does not know what the left is doing. I first purchased a car a few years back. That transaction was a problem and every transaction since has gotten worse and worse. If you search my name online, you will see that I only leave 5 star reviews for companies. I had casting negativity into the world. I either give praise or I remain silent. Your company may cause me to write my first 1 star review online and have all my employees back me up on that. I lost a perfectly good vehicle for no logical reason whatsoever. I have been severely punished for my loyalty to your company. I cannot imagine leadership at your organization could sleep a wink knowing about the grave dysfunctional surrounding this transaction. More

What an atrocious process! From beginning to end this buying process was painful. When I spoke with Kaija it felt like she did not know what she was doing. Anastasia turned it around and gave me guidance to ensure the car was delivered on time. I had to submit a cashiers check & the team that verifies that failed to do so during normal banking hours. So the day that it was due for the car to be delivered I had to call back to get them to do it. In this process I was asked to hop through hoops. I obliged & on the back end Carvana continued to drop the ball. On delivery day I was called advising that my paperwork was incomplete and I had to give the agent my social in order for him to generate a license plate. I did so the car could be delivered. So the delivery... Thats where it gets real interesting. This car was not cleaned or detailed, had way more damage than the website said. IF this wasn't a car that I had been searching for I would've backed out of the deal. After multiple tweets and call ins I finally got a call back from Andre. He was the only one to recognize all of the failures that had happened. They issued a $100 check for the car cleanliness(Which the products to clean were about $100 before the 4 hours spent cleaning), a $250 check for the issues that happened. He advised it would be 15-30 days before they would issue that. After the 7 day period ended it was Fedex'd to me. Thats the only thing that was easy. In regards to the body damage they did set me up with an appointment to have it addressed. More

Plus car came with only 1 key fob when advertised with 2. Easy fix right. caravan refused to buy 50.00 fob to make it right. Car went back.. I just tried to sell them my Yukon and they offered me 22,500 when I just sold it to the dealer for 30k. I would recommend going to your local car dealer and making a relationship. I would not recommend Caravan for buying or selling. More
