BUYER BEWARE! Carvana sells cars that are mechanically unsafe & then won't stand behind their own word to fix the issues. First car, arrived and was inspected by my auto shop. It immediately showed SIGNIFICANT engine faults on the computer as well as a BEVY of other very significant issues. I returned it. Then car #2 - they gave me 2 options 1) fix the brakes, headlight cover & cruise control and deliver a week late or 2) deliver it and I can take it to a rapair facility and they would 100% cover the cost w/no issues at all. Well, I did option 2 and guess what? They denied the claim. Now they refuse to fix my brake issue they told me would be 100% covered as it was not to their quality standards. I called both Silver rock the warranty company and Carvana and am being stonewalled. They put it in writing and I have the photos attached. Now, they wont fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA. They wont inspect the cars and even if they do they WONT fix the issues THEY FIND. More
Overall a good experience; a few glitches. .. you have to enter a LOT of stuff online, but then send it all again to various people. I could get this done in 15 minutes anywhere in Phoenix, for $20. Why can't Carvana do that? BUT! The car was as advertised, the price was good, and the trade value was reasonable; so looking past these operational glitches seems fine. Oh.. they wouldn't deliver the car to me (I am 10 miles from their 'car vending machine') because, I suppose, they wanted to 'vend' it to me. But, when I got there the machine was broken anyway :) I was just as happy to have it on the ground More

While the process was easy and the truck was exactly what we wanted there were things missing from the truck. The truck arrived really dirty with mud caked underneath. We spoke with someone the next day and they said they would call us about replacing the liner. On day 8 passed our return window they offered a $100 for the missing bed liner which is going to cost us $800 to actually replace. It was incorrectly advertised and we feel like they should have fixed it. More

Like many people I was hesitant to use an online service. It was far easier than going to a car lot. There were no salesmen bothering you and you could look for cars at your leisure. There was a 7 day return policy. Who does that! I'm 75 years old! If I can be 100% pleased with the service anyone can! More
Huge safety risk, the ECU was not properly updated on my Rav4. Car went from 70 to 0 mph on the highway in the first week of owning it. As well, registration was never delivered.
