The car came with several cosmetic issues that were not disclosed and then the dealer didn't honor the repair requests. The tires came with a slow leak, the windshield wipers came torn, the seats had stain disclosed and then the dealer didn't honor the repair requests. The car didn't even come detailed or cleaned. Their customer service is below average and extremely hard to get a hold of. They also wouldn't help with the referral code. It is just frustrating that each person you talk to tells you a different thing. More
I picked up my vehicle from one of the vending machines. The vehicle had some minor cosmetic issues that were not listed on the vehicle description, and it came with the wrong type of floor mats. I called Customer Care and they issued a credit for the floor mats, and are reviewing the decision of the warranty company regarding another minor issue. Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase and the process, at least from a website/telephone support perspective. My only issue is that the experience picking up the car was not at all as described process, at least from a website/telephone support perspective. We were not asked the inspect the car or take it for a test drive, and the small pickup space was full of people, despite us being told we couldn't bring the whole family. When we arrived, we signed the papers and then got the car down from the vending machine. As soon as it came out, the employee gave us the keys and that was it. When I asked about looking the car over and taking the test drive, her response was that I didn't need to come back because I already signed the papers. She then disappeared and I never saw her again. Not at all the way this process was repeatedly described by the people on the phone. All the same, the vehicle is fine and the process wasn't too onerous, so I would definitely purchase again. I just think it would be helpful for people to not be given an inaccurate description of what to expect. More
Buying process was easy - automated to be efficient. Price for car was FMV. Downside- car was delayed a week. Delivery was rescheduled the day of I was scheduled to receive it. Obvious there was not a 150 point inspection. Had the car maybe a week 1/2. Been in 2 different repair shops 3 months now. Paying for a car I don't have. Communication or lack of is frustrating. There was info online stating that brake boosters on the 2010 Mazda was commonly known. But did not receive that info upon buying car. They have replaced just about all the brake parts and wheels are now locking up. They have given us upteen reasons but every problem they say it is is wrong. Just would like to return car due to misinformation as well as info not revealed. More
If I could give Carvana zero stars, I would. I had a scheduled exchange today and the rep reached out to tell me that I had no scheduled delivery time (even though my paper work clearly stated 4 I had a scheduled exchange today and the rep reached out to tell me that I had no scheduled delivery time (even though my paper work clearly stated 4:30pm) but to send my documents to a random cell phone number in advance. I questioned parts of the process as it was my 4th car purchased from Carvana and I was concerned about my personally identifiable information not being handled appropriately. The agent had the power to just cancel my delivery and direct me to customer service because she wasn't comfortable. I have never been so insulted in my life and I will tell anyone I can about my very negative experience. A repeat and loyal customer deserved better, even if the conversation wasn't optimal. More
