I get it . Sometimes things don't work out the way we want. I had an oil change done and bought washer fluid and went to a BMW Dealer to buy floor mats. Nothing I could do about the color. At least it's dark navy blue. It does look black sometimes. I checked the vin and it did come from the factory blue. Afton Lee

I still have not rec’d my registration…this is the worse service I have ever had purchasing a car. If I know you have been this much of a struggle I wouldn’t have purchased the car I paid I take the registration issues and not getting anywhere with anybody
