Carvana made it easy for me to buy car online when the car arrived. There was no problems wrong the vehicle also the salesman that brought the car was really a great man this man waited in the snow till I car arrived. The experience from beginning to end was wonderful! Your customer service employees were exemplary. They answered all my questions and were exceptionally friendly and efficient. Loved viewing cars from my home on my schedule and later the delivery of the car to my door. The financing was easy to do and I loved being able to see the monthly rate with months of financing to decide wh the delivery of the car to my door. The financing was easy to do and I loved being able to see the monthly rate with months of financing to decide what I could budget for this purchase. I was not ready to buy a car but circumstances arose with a recent total loss accident so I had to do this quick, I don't know how I would have done it without Carvana, thank you! I have always disliked car buying and feel that the dealership took advantage of me, the last purchase I made was horrible, it took three days to finalize, they were dishonest and I was dreading buying a car again, but this experience was wonderful and I hope to do again when another car is needed! I am already telling others and I think people driving by my house on delivery day were probably looking up Carvana after seeing the truck. Thanks again to everyone, your customer service is amazing! More

Poor cosmetic condition normal for Carvana I traded my 2017 Kia sorento to carvana for a 2016 Buick Envision--the Buick had more dings and scratches as advertised and more importantly it appear I traded my 2017 Kia sorento to carvana for a 2016 Buick Envision--the Buick had more dings and scratches as advertised and more importantly it appears the entire rear bumper cover had been removed and only partially reinstalled, all screws loose and molding not clipped in. The deparment that reviews the damage at carvana basically said oh well the damage is within our parameters. I told them i would take a diffrent vehicle , a jeep grand Cherokee , on the evening prior to delivary I was told the jeep would not show up as they couldn't find it in time for it to be sent to san antonio from Grand Prairie TX. Soonest it would be sent was 4 days later----no one can tell me for sure if it really will be sent, "supervisor" sarah offered $100 to appease me and said she would check to see if it could be sent any sooner--never called. I called them the next day and Malaysia who said she was with the executive team could not tell me a timeframe for gtting my trade back from them if the jeep didn't show up again. I have wasted over 4 hours on hold and calling Carvana and currently don't know if they are delivaring a different car as promised or the time frame to get my trade back. i still have thier Buick but I am hesitant to drive it as the bumper may fall off. Carvana delivered the replacement Jeep as scheduled this time, it of course had more marks and scratches as advertised, seems "normal" for Carvana, based on Carvana's reply to the damage on the Buick I didn't waste my time reporting it. I was never contacted by Carvana again until they requested a review even though it says everywhere that they will contact you on your 7 day with the car to make sure your happy. I have purchased multiple cars from Carvana but this will be my last one. More

The overall experience was very easy & smooth. Picking out the car online and finding one that fits a budget was good. Getting financing through Carvana was easy and effortless. The car was for my daughter a first time driver and she was excited unfortunately the car vending machine was only partially working the day of pick up but the car was clean looked very nice with the yellow bow was a nice added touch.
