It was almost too easy I have been shopping for a car for myself for about a year now, and dealerships have continuously made for bad experiences. When I began my shopping w I have been shopping for a car for myself for about a year now, and dealerships have continuously made for bad experiences. When I began my shopping with Carvana I was skeptical at first. The process was so easy, the whole time I kept waiting for the “catch”, but there wasn’t one! I probably could have gone through the whole process without even talking to anyone, but I had questions and had called in maybe 4 or 5 times throughout the buying process. Every person I spoke to was kind, honest, friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel really comfortable with the purchase. The vehicle arrived exactly as pictured. Every imperfection (and they were really minor) was noted and matched what I had seen online. My delivery driver, Seth, was super nice. It was really cold outside so rather than making him wait on me, I invited him to ride for my test drive. During the drive, I asked several questions about Carvana and him working there. He spoke highly of them, and really seemed to enjoy his work. My order ran into a logistics issue when I initially placed it, and it had to have a rescheduled delivery 2 days later than my original date. If it wasn’t for the outstanding customer service I received throughout the whole process this would have really bothered me, but instead I was okay with it.
