Great Experience Using Carvana is SO quick and easy! I was done with online portion in less than 30 minutes. The car was delivered a few days later. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the car wasn't super clean - I like my cars to be detailed well. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The service light came on a few days later and Carvana quickly and easily paid to have the sensor replaced. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase. More
The best car buying experience I've ever had. This entire process was amazing. I got the car that I wanted at a price below market value and did this without talking to an actual person. I wasted no time sitting at a dealership, speaking to the salesperson and then speaking with the sales manager and the finance person, and so on. I had a selection that was much larger to choose from since Carvana is everywhere. And I had peace of mind knowing that if I didn't like the car after driving it for a week, I could return it without losing anything. The best part of this entire experience is that selecting the car, setting up financing and scheduling my pickup only took 20 minutes and all from my living room using an app on my phone. This is how car buying should be. More

Very smooth and hassle free way of selling a car I was contacted by a Carvana buyer after listing a car for sale on a few internet sites. I was skeptical that they'd offer a value close enough to a "fair" private party sale figure, but allowed them to come up with an offer. They did, and were within $1000 of what I would have been happy selling the car outright for. A few pictures uploaded to their site, an appointment made to pick it up, and I was handed a check within 5 minutes of meeting the buyer. In my case, leaving $1000 "on the table" was more than worth the value of not having to deal with various buyers and their "demands." More

Don't even know where to begin. They sold me a car that was in an accident. Next car was ok but with two different types of tires and lots of paint chips. All and all it took me 8 weeks to get a car. The 150 Point Inspection is a Joke I purchased a 2018 Mustang that had been returned by another customer. When I picked the car up 2 weeks later, I asked the Carvana employee why. He I purchased a 2018 Mustang that had been returned by another customer. When I picked the car up 2 weeks later, I asked the Carvana employee why. He said that there was paint damage that he felt put the car beneath Carvana standards, and he had already reported it. The Carvana listing showed the only defects as being two small paint chips. These were not tiny defects. There are two large damage spots on both doors, another on the corner of the hood, and a large scuff in the paint on the bumper. I would have returned the car, but the color is hard to find in a GT Coupe. It took the full 7 days of going back and forth with Carvana via phone and email, and fielding repeated requests to add photos the web portal (which doesn't have a place to add text to describe the issues) to get the repairs approved. I had to take nearly an hour of of work on Day 7 to be ensured that the repairs would be handled. I still don't have an answer on whether a rental car will be provided. (Carvana also wanted me to drive 100 miles in Los Angeles traffic to have a front license plate bracket installed.) I am extremely upset that the car was not put in the condition advertised in the listing in the two weeks before I picked it up. I was not able to take my car to my mechanic until after the return period expired. Carvana only replaced two of the four tires. The car has been wiggling, and the mechanic informed me that the two tires that weren't replaced have dangerously uneven tread. I have to take the car back again, because he is still trying to diagnose a rattle that is happening during acceleration. I have only had the car 8 days, and the problems keep accumulating. This is by far the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Edit: Just heard back from my mechanic, and the car was sold to me with engine trouble. The lifters are damaged. More
