The car was stick shift so I returned it before 7 days and was sent a automatic of the same make and model. It was many delays in delivery due to weather so Carvana let me use the stick shift as a loaner until the second car came Second car came with many scratches on exterior, dog/cat fur on interior, and 22%oil life. I informed Carvana took pictures and they're paying for everything to be fixed because I wanted to keep the SUV and sending me a $100 for my troubles. If you need a vehicle from a fair company that really cares about their customers satisfaction, GO TO CARVANA! SERIOUSLY! What other dealer give you money for your trouble, excellent warranties/insurance and continue to check up on you to make sure everything is going smooth with your new vehicle!??!!? I made my appointment for the car to be delivered on Friday at 11 am, I was texted by the delivery person that she would be here closer to 12pm, by 12:25 I had to contact her to see where she was, she said she was still 15 minutes out. I needed to be at work by 1pm so I ended up being late. Whoever did the “detailing” didn’t do a very good job and the Carvana goody bag I received seemed to have been ransacked, I got a cup with a smashed lid and according to my son in law who had purchased through you my goody bag lacked many things not that I needed the stuff it was just disappointing. But for that, I have recommended Carvana to many friends. I love my vehicle. More
