Ok. At first, my wife and I were a bit skeptical about purchasing from Carvana. The commercials and internet adds looked appealing so we took a leap of faith and purchased a 2018 Ford EcoSport Platinum. F purchasing from Carvana. The commercials and internet adds looked appealing so we took a leap of faith and purchased a 2018 Ford EcoSport Platinum. Financing was easy through Carvana and painless compared to dealerships that keep you at a desk for an eternity. Uploading my personal and financial information was easy as pie, too. Only issue (and a small one at that) was a delivery rescheduling problem, which was fixed in minutes over the phone. The vehicle was indeed delivered right to my doorstep, by a delivery specialist named Gerri. Gerri was extremely patient, informative, friendly, and prompt! This woman's personality was the cherry on top of a wonderful, memorable experience! If you want a hassle free, car buying experience, I suggest using Carvana! I can't say enough about the treatment I had received! More
