Within minutes I knew what my down payment would be, and then I was able to sort the vehicles by what I wanted to pay monthly. So I wasn't looking at vehicles I could not afford. I love the online looking, because I didn't have to go to a dealership and be pushed into something I did not want or could not afford. I found the car I wanted and started the paper work online, which was super simple. The process goes really quickly. I started my paper work on Tuesday and was able to get my car on Thursday. (That same week!) When I went to the Dealership on Thursday the vending machine was getting maintenced, but that didn't really bother me. They brought my car out with a big yellow bow on it, so I was still happy! I got to test drive my vehicle right then, and it drove so smooth. Better than anything I thought. The vehicle was clean to the T. When I came back there was a little confusion with my paper work to finalize everything, but both offices in Arizona and the dealership worked overtime to get it corrected. I would like to thank everyone that helped get my paper work corrected. I was able to leave the dealership that night with my vehicle! Since I got my car I have not had any issues, and absolutely love everything about it. The process overall I would not change... I would like to say that Carvana has officially changed me to only buying my cars online, and you now have a life long customer. I had to get a new car. by the end of that same day, from the comfort of my home I had shopped, bought, insured, and began registration of a new vehicle. A couple of days later it was delivered. The online tools for working out monthly payments and down payment were easy to use and can fit anybody's needs. The associated were helpful and explained everything fully. I cannot recommend this service enough! More
They gave me one key for my car. When I asked for them or the warranty to help pay for the second key they said no. The key is $500. The paperwork work process took a while to finish because they needed a paper printed, signed and then scanned. That was the only part of the paperwork that was hard to get. No one told me I only had an hour to scan that paper back to them, which caused a delay in getting the car. The rest of the application process was simple. More

1 star because I could not give zero This was, by far, the worst car buying experience I have ever been a part of.......I have bought 2 cars previously -- from a traditional dealership -- This was, by far, the worst car buying experience I have ever been a part of.......I have bought 2 cars previously -- from a traditional dealership -- solely by EMAIL.......however, I had to engage with the Carvana reps on the phone every day for 10 days, sometimes several calls. I was given conflicting, and often erroneous, information, causing me to have to re-do a loan, change my member profile, then change the loan back, then find out that there was no need to change the profile...... Then, once we got through that muck, Carvana let me know that they "could not locate the car"? What? But, I needed to understand (as I was told by a customer service rep), it was not Carvana's fault......it was the fault of a bad scanner.......huh? Carvana pushed my delivery date out 3 times........the last time because the car was still in Texas. I then received a call saying that the car was actually in Georgia (15 miles from my house), but I could not pick up for "another few days"........ Picking up the car was actually very easy and well done, but by that time, the shine was off. Had I gone to Carmax, I would've had the car a week sooner.......I will do that next time... Carvana's main issue seems to be that 1) they do not have enough server power to handle the web traffic; 2) they have a serious training problem........their reps are giving erroneous information that can have legal implications. Bottom line --- to paraphrase Carvana --- IT DOES TOO SUCK. More
