I did some research and it seemed Carvana came out on top with my findings. I felt they had better assurances if I wasn't happy with my purchase, so I spent a month or two looking at cars (I knew what make and model I wanted). I found what I still consider a bargain (2016 Nissan Rogue with only 10k miles)! I was a little hesitant with going through with it, but it was the best decision I ever made! The process was simple and the people who contacted me were polite and friendly. There was a slight delay in delivery, but they were very apologetic. I got my car and couldn't be happier! I did find further imperfections that were not advertised. Nothing major, just minor light scratches. I called them to let them know, sent them photos, and they immediately agreed to send me $100 for the inconvenience! I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy a car! I've already recommended them to co-workers who are intrigued and interested. The referral scheme will give them a discount and money in my pocket! A no-brainer, on all counts!! More

I found some damage on the vehicle that occurred in transit and the driver took photos and filed the claim on my behalf. Within 24 hours the claim was approved and repairs are set up for next week. The shopping and buying process is great. No hassles, no pressure. They follow up with you and work to resolve any issues for you. I re-detailed the car after delivery due to a poor detailing job, also r pressure. They follow up with you and work to resolve any issues for you. I re-detailed the car after delivery due to a poor detailing job, also replaced the windshield wipers, as they were not good. The tires meet the 5/32 treadwear that they inspect to, but just barely. If these are the only things I can complain about, then they did a really good job. This is my second purchase from Carvana, and will not be my last. More
Started out well and easy of course. Found the car I wanted almost immediately. Rescheduling issues and about a week or so later the car ended up not even being the color advertised. A couple things still needed some replacement so they reimburse some of cost for the parts which should been all, plus the billing issue that charged double my down payment still waiting on my refund. However the care of the car itself was maintained and is in good condition mechanically so far. More

Expect additional miles and more damages than listed I bought a 2017 Chevy Cruve LT with 6,624 miles with the only cosmetic issue bieng a nick on the paint on the drivers side door. First problem when I picked up the car was that the handbrake was on. The rep didnt mention this and when I brought it up that I was flooring the car before realizing the handbrake he laughed and mentioned that a lot of people experience that. This is something you should mention to people. Also, the car had 6,400 miles on it at the time of pick up. The rep said that the additional miles were from driving it to the carwash and back. Who drives 100 miles one way for a car wash? There's a giant scratch on the roof of the car on the passengers side, small dents around the car, clear coat drips all over the car, a silver spray paint on the black grill, cracked paint on the hood, and there were whitish stains on the back of seats and behind the passenger seat. When I tried to remove it, it gave a spoiled milk order which was disgusting. Also, there was a mud/leaves combo around the gas cap. Seems like this car was pulled from a swamp and only washed the outside. No, I did not receive a discount. Carvana doesn't "haggle". It's not haggling when you fail to mention all these cosmetic issues or over 200 additional miles on the car before purchasing it. More
No support with issues after the sale. You’ll spend as much time on hold on the phone than you would in an actual dealership where they genuinely want to earn your business. Car was delivered with one working key and one broken key. Car was delivered in the rain I couldn’t see the dent on it. Floor Mats in the trunk are for a whole different car and don’t even fit this one. Overall I would never recommend carvana and to be fair I know a few people that have bought from them and they’ve all said the same thing. If you read the news you’ll know to some degree they’re hemorrhaging money company wide. Which sure explains the let down on the day of delivery as well. I received a call “yeah all of our trucks are broken down do you mind if we drive the car to your house”. So I say whatever I wanted the car, but then the guy stands in front of my house for a half hour because he didn’t have a ride back to work. WEIRD AND TERRIBLE. More
