High praise for my car buying experience with Carvana! My experience started with my trade in. A few questions, a few clicks & I received an offer for a fair price. Next came the vehicle selection. I knew exactly what I wanted and found it from their vast selection. I needed insurance. They provided me with a 3rd party vendor quote. It was much cheaper than I was currently paying. Time to pay (cash) for my car. My bank account was linked in seconds. I went to their vending machine in my home town to trade my car & pick up my new car. I was in & out within 30 minutes. All paper work was done online. Docusign is a beautiful thing. Watching my new car come down the vending machine was WAY cooler than I expected. My only regret was not videoing the experience. No hassle, great experience, great customer service upon pick up! I’d be shocked if my next car purchase & trade in was not on Carvana! More

Flawless and easy, so easy a caveman could do it !! So I was initially skeptical about buying a vehicle entirely online, as other people have said. But I think this will be the new normal into the future. My nearest vending machine was 3 hours away in kansas city, but we met halfway from my home and took delivery right on time as promised. I did sign a few pieces of paperwork after I had a chance to inspect and test drive the vehicle. The entire process took about 20 minutes. I spent much more time than that finally choosing the right vehicle online to go with. They have so many vehicles on line, and when they quote you the financing price, that is the actual terms at the end, there is no bait and switch tactics that a local car dealership might do. I love that straight forwardness and honesty with carvana. Although, theyre interest rates are a little bit higher than most banks but thats okay, I will refinance it at a lower rate asap anyway. Its so much easier in the purchase process if you use their in house finance company. I dont get all the negative reviews, the vehicle was clean and just as it looked in the photos online. I am very happy with my truck and the enitre carvana process. If I buy another used vehicle I will deifinitely go through carvana again. 5 Stars !!!! More

Honestly the best car buying experience I’ve had. The first vehicle I got just didn’t work out but Carvana was great about getting me swapped into a car I like even more.
