On top of that, you still have a week, risk free, once you pick up the vehicle to return it. The cars are checked out by mechanics and come with a 100 day warranty for no extra cost. This was my second vehicle purchase from them and they gave me double book value for my trade in (which was a car I had bought from them in the past). They do your taxes/DMV paperwork and mail you your permanent tags. You really can't get a better car buying experience anywhere else. More

Over a month for a delivery Order a BMW on May 9 with an earliest delivery date of May 14. There was a $600 delivery charge to transport from GA to CT. I choose a May 15 date to Order a BMW on May 9 with an earliest delivery date of May 14. There was a $600 delivery charge to transport from GA to CT. I choose a May 15 date to fit into my schedule. On May 15 Carvana contacted me to say they needed to delay until May 18. On May 17 Carvana contacted me to say that the transport truck broke down and delivery would now be on May 21. A couple of days later they contacted me to say they couldn't do May 21 but could do May 22. On May 21 Carvana contacted me and said they lost the car on their 6,000 car lot in NJ and now could not do delivery until June 11. Not a high level of confidence with this transaction. More

Jerked Around I ordered my car online for contactless delivery, and received a call that it was ready for pickup the day before it was set to be delivered. I called back and was told that they made a mistake and that the car would be delivered. Not even four hours later I then got ANOTHER call and email that the car would NOT be ready for delivery tomorrow and I had to reschedule. Once I finally got a representative on the phone I was told that the car was not even in the same state as me and that the people who talked to me were wrong (aka lied to me). Then after finally receiving my car, I thought all was good. After owning it for 9 days it begins to stutter while driving (keep in mind I have barely driven it at this point due to lockdown). I just took it to a dealership today where I was told there had been a new transmission put in it recently, and most likely it would need replaced again. I have gotten little to no help regarding these issues from Carvana. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they were able to sell this car at all, because at this point it will be at least a week before I am even able to drive it again. I would not recommend their services to anyone else. They have jerked me around for the last month and I have never regretted purchasing from a company more. More

Liked the vehicle-price was fair, but I filed a warranty claim (defective zipper) and was told I'd get a call within 24-48 hours. This was never followed up. When I finally called to check status, was told the same story -I would get a call within 24-48 hours. In addition, we had noticed a stain on the rear seat and asked that it be cleaned. We were told that any 'cosmetic issue had to be submitted within 48 hours. We were told that we had 7 days to inspect/examine the vehicle- nothing about a 48 hour limit of any kind. This deal was very salvageable, but no one seemed to care if we remained customers or not. I have still not heard from the warranty company. Based on our experience, we are recommending that our friends stay away. More
