I purchased a Mercedes Benz which I absolutely love. Overall Carvana was a smooth process and I would most likely use them again. However a few minor issues. Second, I had to put new batteries in my key fob because the key fob stopped working on 2nd day. Third, I had to take car to have repair light turned off on the seventh day. I am upset because I put a claim in on Monday 5/11/20. It was about a tow package not being on my vehicle, that was said to be on it at the time of purchase. I was told I would get a response from the servic was about a tow package not being on my vehicle, that was said to be on it at the time of purchase. I was told I would get a response from the service department on/or before 5/14/20. Or before my 7 day trial with the vehicle was up. I am now 1 day past that 7 days, and still have yet to hear from the service department about this. Otherwise the buying experience was phenomenal. More
