In the 9 days since, I've spent about 15 hours on the phone/text and email with Carvana trying to get them to take responsibility for undisclosed cosmetic and mechanical damage on the vehicle. They also misrepresented the remaining manufacturer's warranty, telling me it had 32 months instead of the 11 months it actually has left.. I'm about to make my second trip to the Kia dealership to fix the mechanical issue (an inoperable driver's window). I'm still awaiting approval for the undisclosed cosmetic damage, including a cracked passenger window, many significant scratches and multiple areas of paint overspray that were not included on the disclosure. I've sent 15 or so images, but Carvana keeps saying they need more. I've suggested they simply tell me the name of an approved body shop where I can take the car to provide their own documentation to Carvana, but that info hasn't been forthcoming. I also get conflicting information from Carvana each time I call about the repairs. In addition, I called Carvana prior to purchasing the car to ask about using the $500 buyer referral. I was told it isn't applicable in my state. Since then, I've learned that Carvana has an alternate gift program for buyers in states that prohibit referral discounts. A rep told me he'd check into getting that perk for me, but he never called back. Finally, no one ever called on day 7 of my trial period (as they are supposed to do) to make sure I wanted to keep the vehicle. I simply awoke to a a notice that my trial return period had elapsed. Not only was the selection process easy, but I was approved in just under an hour. Delivery day was also easy and when I felt something that concerned me, the delivery driver took my vehicle to his sh approved in just under an hour. Less than 24 hours later my vehicle was ready and had new spark plugs/coil packs. To say I'm pleased and happy with my purchase would be a huge understatement. More

Since we are in Ohio we thought we would try your company. After many phone calls, we decided on a car and she loves it. The experience was flawless. Recently my husband decided to not put any more money into his 2007 so we started checking on Carvana.com. He knew exactly what he wanted and it took a few weeks but we found it. He is very picky right down to the color. Delivery was easy and painless and I enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to sit at a car dealer. I especially like the 7 day return policy. Made me feel safe in the buying process. The employees could not have been nicer and more helpful!!!! More
I purchased my car after a coworker purchased on Carvana. I can't say enough good things! The price was fair, the buying process was easy, and everyone was super nice!
