I have been on the phone twice more with Carvana Customer Service. And I stand by my initial comments.. Inconsistent post-purchase care at best, and I WOULD NOT recommend over a local dealer. I acknowledge that the price was fair, but not great... Confirmed by a listing for about $400 less at a local dealer for essentially the the same car in white, with slightly less mileage. I paid a bit more through Carvana to get the color my kid really wanted (dark grey), and because of the delivery fees ($600 in my case.), about $1000 MORE all together. Add to that the fact that I now have to buy the OEM Parts MISSING from my car, and still have to get the windows fixed, you can definitely say I did not get a great deal. Yes, Carvana offered to let me return the car, BUT I would have lost the $600 delivery fee unless I exchanged it for another Carvana vehicle -- hardly a real "money back" guarantee. Not to mention, my kid loves the car... he doesn't see the issues, only a great car! Returning it would break his heart. If you are reading this review, and considering a Carvana purchase -- reconsider. In my opinion Carvana is not offering anything unique; they are not using the internet to the consumer's advantage, they are using it to HIDE behind to their own advantage. Local reputable Dealers will provide better service, and provide just as good, maybe better pricing. I learned my lesson... BUY LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL.
