It was such a convenient and stress free experience. I did have some issue with the system deleting my info that was completed twice and I thought I lost my vehicle. It beats going to a car lot sitting for hours, only for them to tell you that you can’t have the vehicle you wanted and having to put down more money than you want too..And I will tell everyone how great Carvana is and I love this ideal of buying a car online and having it delivered, what a excellent idea! I know Carvana will grow tremendously, my son is already looking to buy his first car from Carvana. I love my car!!!! The entire process was very easy. I was able to use the filters to set the type of vehicle, options etc. the financing in house was another plus. Buying the car was easy but the website might need some work. Options such as removing a trade-in, or being able to see your monthly payments with or without the trade-in might be helpful. I loved shopping for a car this way. It was easy, the staff was professional, yet personal and very thorough going over paperwork when my car arrived.
