The photos were accurate in addition to the information on Carfax. I really dislike going to car dealerships and working with Salespeople and Finance Teams. Carvana is not pushy and allows you to drive the vehicle for 7 days prior to the purchase. This is better than any test drive from a car dealership. He asked me a series of questions, explained the process, and put together a very reasonable offer, making it clear he was there for me if I needed any additional information, advice, or help. Naturally, I was skeptical that it would work out as smoothly, and so was ready for surprises on the day of the pick-up. I was certainly surprised — surprised at how quick, easy, and painless the entire process was. Daniel arrived, inspected my vehicle, had me sign a few documents while explaining each, and took my vehicle away. The same day, my brother was selling his 2017 Volkswagen Tiguan, and I recommended that he check out his local Carvana. So I purchased a 2014 Volkswagen Passat TDI SEL with 37,000 miles. I was done dealing with franchised dealers and decided to give Carvana a try after finding the vehicle I was interested in. The problems started shortly after purchase when they rescheduled my delivery 3 times due to their hours of operation which are not conducive for 8-5 folks like myself. The last cancelation I understood because it was due to the riots and curfews set in place but still was already annoyed. Then the car was delivered, the initial appearance showed more dents and scratches than what was shown in photos. Not to mention the outside looked like it was washed days prior and had water streaks on the exterior. Then I entered the vehicle and observed spiderwebs in the back row bench and stains all along the interior with a cigarette burn by the driver side A-PILLAR. The seats had small tears in the leather as well. Stupidly I accepted the car as I need a vehicle for my work week and thus believing the advocate's word who said it would all be taken care of. The next few days I discovered the KEYSS system to enter the key via keyless entry was broken, the passenger side mirror was broken and flopping inside the housing, the interior of the windshield had greasy stains and was absolutely covered in dust and the center console plastic dividers by the driver side footwell was falling down due to the broken clips. There were also three missing items that were advertised on the listing that were not present, all weather floor mats, first aid kit, and CARGO storage organizers which they told me they send me a check for about $100.00 bucks when the value is significantly higher. I made claims through Silver Rock who is supposedly the warranty go to for these repairs and they send me to Pepboys which is not a repair shop for these matters and upon arriving they said they could only look at the mirror despite the laundry list of other claims I had for the vehicle. I told them on day 6 I was strongly considering returning the car but they promised this would all be resolved and here I am on day 15 with no contact from Silver Rock since the claims were made and no checks from Carvana as promised which would have been insufficient. The amount of repairs needed are beyond $3,500 despite Carvana's claims they put about $1,000 into these cars and only select a "few". A small claims filing is likely to occur as this has been an absolute crap shoot vehicle purchase and I would not recommend this service to anyone. More

Carvana dropped of our vehicle and the driver showed us issues he found when loading the car to be delivered. He stated he tried to call me to have them fixed before he brought it. Unfortunately he dailed the wrong number to get a hold of me. He stated he had already the rust issues under the running boards and said that those issues would be fixed at a local shop. Set up a appointment to have the body look at and this was passed my seven days but once again I was told this would all be taken care not to worry. I have been on the phone trying to get resolve and no one ever calls back. Way past seven days and no one wants to fix the problems because they say some rust is normal and the repairs are too costly. So now I am stuck with a rust bucket and must make payments on a car for 5 years that should have never left the lot to begin with. And that just the biggest issue with this vehicle. I suggest NOT to buy a car from here!!! More
