I do not have any questions about what is or isn't covered under the warranty. My issue, as stated in my review, is that I bought a car with a cracked rim and it wasn't caught during Carvanas "inspection" process. Also, as stated, the tire was losing air since I purchased it. Instead of sending a generic response about warranties, why not offer to help resolve the issue? A cracked rim is not a cosmetic issue when it makes the car un-driveable. I have to pay $250 to repair the rim or whatever the cost is to replace it. When Carvana says "oh well, sorry for your bad luck", it ensures they will never get a good recommendation from a customer.
