I have been in contact, but have NOT gotten these issues resolved. Please do not post that as a distraction to what the real issue is. I was just told that my 2019 Jaguar needs a whole new water pump installed! The dealership has to order it and therefore will have to hold my car for the next 3 days until the part arrives. This is awful and for you to try to deflect and say my issues have been resolved is abhorrent! I am now without my car for the entire weekend just a week after purchasing the car from Carvana.

Thanks for the response. I just spoke with Jason from the post-sales team and was told that I was misinformed by this response and that there is still nothing that Carvana can do for me at this point because I am now out of my 100-day warranty despite the fact that my original repair appointment date was with-in the 100 days. Here is yet another example of why I would never buy a car from Carvana again. I guess I have no recourse but to contact the Florida Attorney General.
