150 point inspection not real. Was called 15 minutes prior to drop off, that my car wasn't charged. They do not even have a level two charger installed to charge cars prior to drop off. .Missing manual. Several scratches and broken mirror. One tire not inflated to proper inflation.150 point inspection? Low battery on the key fob. I was given a battery to replace myself. Not much to get excited about. Nothing that wowed me. More
BEWARE!!!! The 150 Point Check is a LIE!!! I purchased a car from Carvana two months ago that has been in the shop ever since. Their recommended auto shop told me the car hasn't been serviced i I purchased a car from Carvana two months ago that has been in the shop ever since. Their recommended auto shop told me the car hasn't been serviced in over 15k miles, needs new brakes, new routers, throttle body work, engine fluid injectors need to be replaced, all the filters are bad, check engine light is on, transmission needs work, etc. How could they possibly have done the 150 point check they advertise? This car has been an absolute nightmare and trying to get Carvana and Silverrock to cooperate with me has been even worse. They've told me twice now their recommended mechanic is lying to me about the work that needs to be done and they are refusing to cover it. Carvana even went as far as to say it was because I "sound like a nice woman" and was being taking advantage of by the Sherman Oaks Buick dealership!!! Carvana suggested I argue with the dealership and tell them the work they recommended does not really need to be done. I've spent weeks waiting for hours on hold trying to resolve the issues and get my car fixed. No one helps me, they just send me calling around between Carvana, Silverrock and the dealership. I'm paying the car payment on a vehicle I've barely been able to drive and now stuck with a $500 maintenance bill on a car I purchased in May. I regret buying a car from Carvana and wish I would have gone to my local dealership. More
The experience with Carvana was absolutely amazing. There are several financial options and vehicle choices to choose from. My best experience was when there was a car that was not in my price range, the rep are several financial options and vehicle choices to choose from. My best experience was when there was a car that was not in my price range, the representative over the phone told me "Rest assured, we'll get you into a car." Something about that pulled a massive amount of weight off my shoulders. Thank you Carvana! More
Car was good, but after sale customer service was terrible. Car was really nice, great price and financing was quick and easy, with even a repossession on your record. Drop off went smoothly and all was well. Car was really nice, great price and financing was quick and easy, with even a repossession on your record. Drop off went smoothly and all was well. However the after sale service is terrible. Worst I have ever experienced from any company ever. They make Comcast look like customer service pros. Wait times to speak to anyone is forever. and if you want to escalate a problem they will tell you that no supervisors are available and will put you on another call back waiting list. They screwed up my paperwork, by having me esign a document that needed a notary. Then instead of making the document available electronically so i can take care of it quickly then fedexed it to me. 2 weeks later, after 2 daily texts and 2 daily emails reminding me, when it arrived on a Saturday afternoon, I had it notarized and mailed off Monday morning. Now as the expiration of my temporary plates is approaching they refuse to help me get new temporary plates to cover the week gap between when they expire and when my plates "may" arrive. More
Selling a vehicle has always been a major pain, with no shows, low ballers, and scammers. I sure didn't expect this time would be any different, but it was! Carvana asked me a few specific questions in tex shows, low ballers, and scammers. I sure didn't expect this time would be any different, but it was! Carvana asked me a few specific questions in text messages, confirmed some options on the car, then offered a very fair price. Communication was impressive, but not near as much as the Representative that came to do final inspection and pickup of the car. The whole process was with my best intrest in mind. Thank you Carvana! This is the second car i get from carvana and i love it. You pick the car you want you don’t have a sales person trying to sell you something you don’t want. It’s quick and easy. Easiest Car Purchase Ever Absolutely fantastic. I did a few days of research on what Carvana had available. When I was ready I walked into the easiest car buying experience eve Absolutely fantastic. I did a few days of research on what Carvana had available. When I was ready I walked into the easiest car buying experience ever. Carvana gives you a lot to work with on the vehicles you choose from. Financing was easy. Trading in my old car was the easiest trade-in experience I have ever had. The vehicle came here on the scheduled date. Brian, the Carvana Advocate, made everything very quick and painless. I cannot wait to buy another car again! More
My entire Carvana purchase experience: I decided I wanted to purchase a vehicle. I went onto Carvana and reserved a Jeep for purchase. It was over a month with no update on it even though it said it was done to purchase a vehicle. I went onto Carvana and reserved a Jeep for purchase. It was over a month with no update on it even though it said it was done being inspected and pictures were taken: was just waiting on my viewing. Some how my reservation was cancelled so I had to go back on a reserve a new vehicle because the one I had been waiting on was no longer available. That kinda sucked. Oh well. The selection of jeeps is slim to none and they’re all purchase pending too... so if you want a Jeep Wrangler good luck! I reserved another vehicle that was not “coming soon” so I didn’t have to wait to get it. Scheduled my delivery date and gave info for my down payment... super simple: got the email about what documents were needed to proceed, drivers license, paystub/bank statement if you’re self employed. Uploaded. Simple. Got my approval the next day. And now it was just time to wait for it to be delivered. my appointment was Rescheduled twice :( one because battery needed to be replaced and second because of not being loaded on delivered vehicle for delivery. Ok. No big deal. Delivery day came, for a text from Carvana and needed to send drivers license and insurance, ok done! They texted me when the vehicle was unloaded and I got to take it for a test spin! They even gave me a Carvana tumbler! Sweet! Signed my paperwork after the test drive and left it on the Carvana truck. From start to finish it was a super stress free process and would definitely buy from them again. More
