You clearly did not perform the 150 point check. This car has had nothing but problems. I didnt even have it back from the shop with in the first 7 days. You are refusing to cover $500 worth of maintenance work this car needs. Ive had the car two months and its spent 4 weeks of that time in the shop. How could I possibly be responsible for the bill? This has been absolutely horrible. I am stuck with a car that doesnt run. Im still paying the car payment on top of you expecting me to cover this $500. I would never recommend Carvana to anyone. Total absolute nightmare of an experience that I am still living.

I bought a car from Carvana did the paperwork to not have a payment for two months. It was submitted with my contract but not honored or even in my contract(even though it was offered and I was told I qualified).When they called me about the payment it was already past the 7day return.I contacted Carvana and was told the promotion had expired a month prior to me purchasing the vehicle!! TheN why was it still on the website why did it approve me for it online!! The option I was given was deal with or return the car and allow Carvana to keep my whole down payment. So again do not buy a car from Carvana! It took them ten days to get back to this review if you have a issue it will take over a hour to get any help on the phone! Any other kind of help please forget it!! They suck!!
