The process was amazing. I initially picked up a car that I ended up exchanging for another and the process was seamless. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the vehicle I picked up had a strip I ended up exchanging for another and the process was seamless. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the vehicle I picked up had a stripped oil pan nut due to incompetent mechanics who worked on the vehicle before. My mechanic was thankfully able to fix the issue and avoided a $3,000 repair for a new oil pan. Other than that, the process was great and I would consider them in the future. More

The online interface was very user friendly and all representatives were polite and helpful. My only issue was the car I chose seems to be having some issues and since I could not get it into the shop representatives were polite and helpful. My only issue was the car I chose seems to be having some issues and since I could not get it into the shop for a check-up before the 7 day guarantee ended, I either reject the car or keep it. No middle ground. Give it back or hope the warranty will cover any issues it may have. More
