Carvana did excellent job, Third Party transport did no Carvana direct did an excellent job, Third party delivery did horrible job. Refused to do drop off car to home - insisted to go to store location to Carvana direct did an excellent job, Third party delivery did horrible job. Ended up picking up car and asked me to sign one piece of paper and that was it. No walk through, no checking insurance, no checking ID. Really unfriendly. More

I unfortunately, needed to return the car as it was not properly inspected, despite that failure the Silver Rock Insurer performed its insurance services seamlessly correcting the issues prior my need to return the vehicle so that it would not be returned with the preexisting defeciencies. I called to access the return policy for the vehicle and that has proven to be easy and seamless as well. While this purchase did not go as planned I would use CARVANNA App to buy a car again. With Carvana, the whole process of took maybe one hour - and that included pick up of my car, and delivery of my new car, signing the contract, and delivery receipts. The young lady who delivered my new car on the Carvana flatbed, was perfectly on time, super friendly, and explained everything; what I should expect once I took possession of my car. And, so far, I couldn't be happier. my new used car had no surprises. Actually, it was in better shape than I expected. The 7-day test drive is also a great thing - something a dealership does not provide. This gives one a chance to really decide if I made the right purchase. Well, I love my new car! It is actually a perfect car for me. Thanks, Carvana! I have already recommended you to many of my friends and co-workers and will continue to do so. All in all a very positive experience. More
