I got my traded in car back finally after Carvana did a few no shows. July 25th it was returned but the pick slip was not. So now what? I also checked my bank and the $7433.73 that was removed from my bank on 7/11/2020 when you brought me the flood damaged vehicle has not been replaced. Meanwhile I have spent hours and days talking to people. I followed all your rules and the only thing i have is my original car. No refund of my money, no title for my own car that i gave to you, no reimbursement for items i bought when i thought i had a non damaged vehicle which i would never have purchased if there was a 150 point inspection and even more insulting no compensation You see the photos of the extensive rust damage that is obvious and impossible to miss if you look under the car. The owner was registered as a fleet car. So how many flood damaged vehicles did you purchase and resell saying no damage? I am not the only person who got screwed I would bet. I think someone else replied, "I have spent hours on hold with you why don't you call me back?" At least give me courtesy of not wasting my time on phone. . All i get are more lies and hours on hold. Prevent this from occurring again? You have not even fixed this. Didn't expect to get caught? SHAME ON YOU
